Genuinely the worst online shop and most unprofessional customer support team I've EVER had to deal with. I bought a curling iron in January 2021, it stopped working in April 2021, and I sent it back to them for inspection as per their request (after numerous of emails and having to request information on the return process multiple times). We're now in September and this case is still going on. It's been taking months and at least 30-40 follow ups over email and phone from my side to request either a new curling iron or refund (no one was getting back to me and mind you, I also ended up paying for the shipment of the defect curling iron from Dubai to the UK which I also needed a refund on). They finally processed a refund in August 2021 however, not with the full amount (part of the amount was missing for what I paid for the curling iron). I started chasing them again and I've provided bank statement proof for them to see that they've refunded the incorrect amount, but still without any luck. I keep getting strange replies whenever I follow up, replies that are not even relevant to the actual issue that I'm following up on, as if the customer care representatives are not even reading my emails. It's been extremely frustrating and I won't ever purchase anything on BeautyBay again or recommend it to anyone I know.

I have purchased last April 26 and my ordered was dispatched last May 01. Until now, I haven't received any positive feedback where exactly it is now. It has been 21 days but no delivery!

Worse customer service! I have been waiting for my haul since April - 3 months. I asked for a refund and they sent me an email stating a refund has been refunded wait 5-10 days. After those 5-10 days i asked again what happened and they said today we refunded your money wait 5-10 days. Im still with no refund! And when i sent them two emails cause they weren't replying they told me Please do not write many emails because the team got confused. It's really a shame! First i made an order and it never arrived. Then they said we do not know what happened and they advised me to order again. I kindly asked if they knew where my order was or when i will get it cause I didn't have any updates on the tracking but they didn't reply with an answer. Now i am still without my order and without my refund 3 months later. Mind you, both orders got sent back to them so I don't know what they are waiting for! Normally a refund gets in my account 1-2 days after. Shame Beauty Bay! Don't bother ordering from here.
Last year I bought about $100 in products and payed $25 for the shipping (I'm from south america). It never arrived and I kept sending them emails for them to help me. They told me many times that it was NOT their responsibility and that I had to talk with my post office (which I did and they were as inefficient as BeautyBay). ONLY AFTER 6 MONTHS they accepted the refund. I was genuinely happy because I wanted the money to buy more products. Days later I received the items and it took them no time (hours) in telling me I had to either return my products or pay them again.
I don't know how the costumer service works in the UK, but in my country, if you are giving this kind of treatment the company is given a fine because of their bad behavior against the costumer, as the lost of the parcel is not the costumer fault and ONLY because of the amount of time I waited the refund has to be done without a question.
I don't know what I'll do, as they're a horrible company.

I was very scared after reading these bad reviews because I had placed my order already. I received my product in about a week and a half! Everything worked out okay for me.
I ordered two items on 15th of August and waited 5-7 bussines days as it says on their website and NOTHING. Contacted them and they said I should wait until 15 working days have passed so they can solve the problem so I waited and nothing ever came. I even contacted my local post office to see if maybe the package is there but nothing... now I am waiting for a refund from beauty bay... NEVER EVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
I heard about this website from people off of YouTube so I decided to give them a chance. I ordered the B Perfect Stacey Marie palette and two contour sticks and an eyeliner from other brands. I noticed after I checked out one of my items wasn't on my cart. I emailed them and they said there's nothing they can do about it. What REALLY bothered me was the fact that I paid 56.00 for the eyeshadow palette and literally the next day they had it on sale for 39.00 I emailed them again and asked them to give me a price adjustment like all other company's do with no problem. They told me they cannot give me a price adjustment for the palette. Also my items still have not arrived to my house and it has been a while now. I should of just ordered from the B Perfect website because a lot of people said they got their packages within four days. I will never order from this website again due to the simple fact that they have horrible customer service and they put a palette on sale literally the day after I purchased it and refused to give me a price adjustment or fix my shopping cart.
Awful customer service, not once but twice they cancelled my order without notification. Only after emailing to inquire about the status of my order did they tell me.

I understand that it's COVID-19 which can affect the delivery time. But as they advertised it may take up to 25 days for your package to be delivered. But it's more than 30 days so I had enough patience. This COMPANY shouldn't work if they don't care about their customers.

Have been waiting nearly 3 months for my package. Have tried to reach out to their customer service several times and have not received reply. I live in Australia and am very patient and understanding especially with all that is happening in the world, but I think what makes it worse is their lack of communication. I work in customer service and I find most people are ok with inconvenience if they are reached out to and empathised with. Really poor quality service with Beauty Bay. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!
I've been buying from this company for the last year because I couldn't find the self tanner in a US website. Shipping usually takes longer than I'd like, about two weeks at least, so I usually buy in bulk. I hadn't received my order in 3 weeks and when contacting customer service (by email only as they do not list a business phone number) they told me they would "launch an investigation". No one offered me to ship me a new order which is unusual for a company who has selected a shipping carrier and can file a claim with them while keeping their customers happy. When I asked (and waited days for each reply) if they would send me my missing items they said "we cannot do that, thank you for understanding" and that was that! So I'm basically $#*! out of luck and they are not going to refund my money or send me a new package. This is disgusting behavior and I wish something like this had happened sooner so I wouldn't have been giving them my money for the last year. Worst company ever. Wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing. Don't just base your purchases on influencer reviews.
Be very careful with this company, if you have a problem with an item (I. E it's not fit for use or for the purpose stated for) from my experience they will not help you at all. They will ask for proof that the product can't be used properly, you will send this evidence and they will come back with "its been opened and used so we can not accept it back" so basically using the evidence they asked you for against you! But as a consumer you have rights which this company from my experience doesnt want to acknowledge... Consumer Rights act 2015 and a short term right to reject an item that is not of satisfactory quality. They took no notice of this so I proceeded and talked to my bank who is going to refund me for the product that isn't of a satisfactory standard and is not fit for use! Now Beautybay are threatening that this may prevent me from making future purchases! So let's clarify, a customer (who has shopped with them a number of times no problem either side) buys a product, that product arrives, customer tries the product out and can see that they can not use that item as it's not fit for use, customer contacts Beautybay, they ask for evidence, evidence sent, Beautybay tries to use customers evidence against them, customer relays thier right as a customer, Beautybay doesnt seem to care about this, customer contacts bank, the bank sort it out and Beautybay threaten the customer with a possible prevention to order ever again... WOW what a company... Will not be spending my money here again, feel free to prevent me from ordering again. <3

I placed an order for 7 items on March 25, Here it is May 15 th and I still haven't received anything. Website shows "Order Despatched" on March 27 and then on May 1st "Closed by System". Fantastic. I emailed through the website for an order update and they sent me back a cut and paste auto-response with no information and no recourse. I filed a chargeback, they didn't send me a refund too, they reply with an email after 3-4 days or sometimes 5 days, with automatic response that consult your local postal service, WTF, what are they going to do if they haven't received anything, I wasted my Money on this $#*!TY COMPANY, this company is UTTER TRASH

Waited 34 days with no order received. Beauty Bay refused to refund me for order never received claiming no accurate tracking number. That is their resposibility to provide accurate tracking number in 1rst place so I called credit card company and got refund as no proof they ever delivered package but also would have proved deserved refund would have shown what actually happened to package. NO PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE & 10 DAY EMAIL WAIT RESPONSE & DONT REFUND OR HELP YOU IN ANY WAY
