It took an incredibly long time and a lot of emails to actually have my item shipped (still took 3 weeks). They claimed they were on vacation and I ordered a popular item. I tried to cancel and they offered me a free item. FINALLY the item shipped and got here a few days later. Relieved that it was finally here, I opened the package and it WASNT THE SUIT I ORDERED! Do those pictures look like the same suit to you?

I ordered January 17 three suits with an expected 6 to 8 day shipping. February 1st I got a tracking number for the suits, though they did not arrive until February 18. The package contained one suit. The company says the other suits will come but I see no evidence of that. I'm having to refute the charges through my credit card company now

Do not buy! Their return policy is non existent! You will get an email offering you a different size for half off but they will not provide you with a return address! I found the same suit on Amazon for less money and I know I can trust their return policy. AVOID!

Ordered two items totaling $57.55. Shipping was slow, but items arrived. Items were of poor quality and did not fit. When I contacted for return, was given option of ordering two replacement items at a 50% discount. When I indicated this would not work as I did not want to keep the original items, I was given an option of a $6 refund or shipping items back to China at my own expense.

Ordered a swimsuit on 01/24... still have not received and going on vacation in 2 days not sure how to get a hold of the company. Will not order fro. Here again

Took two weeks to received item and then the colors were awful so faded out however that could have been ok but the small is so big that it would drag water and the bottoms actually fall off they are so big and poorly made

Ordered 2 suits a month ago. Customer service (lolllll) says the order cannot be canceled or refunded. Oh! And they have no idea where my order is or how to track it.

I ORDERED A BATHING SUIT IT CAME IN THE WRONG SIZE. I WANTED TO RETURN AND THEY MADE IT HARD TO DO. THEY THEN SAID TO KEEP THE SUIT AND I COULD ORDER ANOTHER ONE AT HALF PRICE. SO THAT'S WHAT I DID iT'S ALMOST A MONTH AND NO SUIT MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CHARGED ANOTHER 32.99

Ordered the swimsuit and paid the money, but never received the package from Beachsissi. Avoid this company by all means

I ordered 9 items from them and only received 3, however they charged me for all of the items. I have reached out for over a week and have not heard back. They do not answer emails, FB messages and there is no number to call. This company is a joke. SCAM! You will not get your items and you will be out the money.

They advertise 6 to 10 days for delivery. Charged me the minute I placed the order. Contacted them after 10 days to inquire and they told me they hadn't yet shipped and were busy so be patient'. They said if I paid more they could get it to me within a week. I requested they cancel the order and reimburse me and they stated they couldn't because they had shipped my items. WTF! Still waiting...

I purchased 4 swimsuits. I received them and they were all too small. I contacted Beachsissi customer service for the address to return the swimsuits. They responded and said they will send me new sizes for 50 percent off. I said I did not want additional swimsuits and only wanted to return for a full refund. Now they won't respond or let me return the swimsuits. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

There is no return policy and the emails do not get answered. Save your money and order from another site

Having read all other comments and the reply you received when requesting a refund I have just experienced the same thing and think they have no intention of refunding. All I can say is hope for the best you choose the right thing because if you done you are stuck with it. A dishonest way of dealing with customers. Won't purchase again!
