I purchased this portable AC and is not as advertised. This is a total piece of s***, I've asked for my refund since 9/20/20 and I'm still waiting for an answer on it.
This company first excuse was "item has not been received" keep in mind I sent via UPS and I have a tracking number with a confirmation that item was received.
The 2nd excuse was they lost my email with tracking and copy of shipping document.
The 3rd Excuse was same as 2nd excuse
I have sent tracking information 3 times and no answer as of yet.
THIS IS A SCAM - NOT WORTH IT ITEM - AND LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE -

I placed an order on January 1,2020, they charged my credit card immediately after placing the order, but as today 2/23/20 I have not received item purchased. I keep emailing and asking to refund my card since item has not been received and the only BS answer I get from someone by the name of Jane is that they are sorry but it has not shipped as of yet and that it will ship soon. I have asked to specify the word "soon" but their answer is the same all the time. NO shipping date has been given as of today nor a refund to my credit card for not shipping item. To me this company is nothing but a scam. This is my first and LAST time I purchase from this company.
