The outfit I order looks nothing like I placed it actually Looks like a Chucky costume. And it's super ugly
I recommend this company highly! They are very user friendly, and shipping is excellent! Thanks love my suit I was sketchy at first, and they proved to be trustworthy!
I ordered 1 swimsuit and within a month I received 4 more and was charged for all on my credit card.
When I complained they said return them on my own which during the virus was going to be $246.00
When I reminded them I didn't even order them they replied just return them for a refund. Do not give them your credit card number.
I was very excited upon awaiting my bathing suits arrival, when I recieve it there is a very obvious blue stain on the bra. So I have messaged the company to return it and recieve what I ordered correctly. The response I recieved from the company was that if I agreed to pay the $12 shipping then they would send me a new one. No way! How is this my problem? I should have recieved a swim suit without the stain. So please, don't anyone waste your time or money!
After receiving my swimsuit well after the promised delivery date displayed on the company's website, I asked about their return policy. (I already returned from my vacation.) I am currently in quarantine due to COVID-19 but was told I had to return it in 14 days to get a refund. I told them I couldn't leave the house for 14 days due to quarantine and they didn't care. Totally heartless! Avoid ordering from this shady company!
I purchased a swimming suit for $36.00. It was ill fitting and I wanted to return it. In order to return it, you have to mail it at your cost to CHINA! If you don't want to mail it back, they offered to refund me $3.00... yes, $3.00 and I don't have to return it. It is interesting that they are making me mail it back to China, but it was shipped from Phoenix Arizona. This is a ridiculous return policy and I will never order from here again.
1. I had to email them to provide tracking info. To me.
2. Only received partial package and when I contacted them I got this, "Thanks for contacting.
The missing items will be delivered in another parcel.
We ship them separately. Please don't worry.

3. Contacted for 2nd parcel tracking info with no response.
4. Still no 2nd parcel or tracking info on it.
5. Can only contact customer service by email and it takes forever for someone to respond.
6. Horrible return and refund policy.
I ordered 5 swimsuits from Beachsissi. I only received 3... but you better bet your sweet $#*! they charged me for all 5. I tried on the 3 suits I received. I'm 5'3, weigh 125 lbs. I guess I should have ordered an xxlarge bc if I had of farted in one of these so called medium suits, the dern thing would've busted at the seams. So after I finished squeezing myself into these micro mediums, I realized how crooked the bottoms were. Ummmm excuse me, but the last thing I want to do is have one whole side of my labia exposed. I mean maybe if someone was throwing hundreds at me, but that wasn't the case. I looked like I had been melted and poured into this terrible, cheap $#*!, crooked, half my vagina hanging out the side swimsuits. Ladies if you wanna look great at the beach, stay away from these fools. Spend your money at a real company, preferably one whose top priority is covering up those lady bits
I wish I had read reviews on this company before I ordered! The first order went smoothly, the item was shipped within 3 days and overall I was very pleased. I placed another order on 2/17/20 and emailing back and forth with "Ella" to find out when this was going to ship. All she could do was tell me within 3 days and that my suit was a hot sale item - I emailed saying I wanted to cancel my order because it would not get here in time for the vacation. Did not here back from her, so I contacted PayPal - 3 Days after I email to cancel my order I hear back from "Ella" stating that my order has shipped. Well, guess what - It hasn't shipped and they are refusing to cancel my order. Never will I ever do business with this company again. I do highly recommend Cupshe and they have amazing suits!
DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE.
I ordered 3 bathing suits in January and after a month of emails I was informed the other day that they were on the way. Today my package arrived... 1 swimsuit is what I received. The only tracking number I had is now saying I received my package!
I have emailed them today to see where the rest of my purchases are. Will just have to wait and see will they respond.
I would never have purchased anything from them if I had read these reviews!

My first negative review. Ever. Bought several items. A couple did not fit. Reached out about refund after 17 days. Thought I had 30. Complete lack of cooperation. Tried exchange for different size. No. Tried refund. No. Tried to be able to get a credit. No. Asked for a call with someone at customer service. Anyone. No. The worst ever. Stay away.
It is impossible to return product. I am still attempting to get in touch with the company to find the return address. They have no phone number on website and no return address. This company is a scam. I am filing a report against them with the BBB. I suggest everyone do the same.
I've waited 2 months for my order. Partial ordered was delivered and I wanted to return it. Followed their return statement and was told to wait for completed order that has yet to arrive. Then they gave me a web site to track the package. It did not work. This is their problem and they should be checking into it. Do NOT order from this company!
Placed my order for a swim cover up 2-13-20 and quickly realized my address was wrong, reached out to chat line and customer service and they responded quickly and was told the address was changed. Have to say i really didn't think my order would show up. It arrived yesterday 3-3-20 and i am very pleased with the quality. The 5 star really goes to the chat line for the quick response and correcting my error. :)
I had ordered a piece from Beachsissi and its over 6 weeks now and no sign of the swim shorts. Customer service is as clueless and unhelpful. I have written off the money paid as don't have the time to keep following up. Would recommend you stay away and find a more professional place to order from or else be prepared to wait endlessly for weeks and months for the order to arrive.
I ordered 3 bathing suits. It took weeks for them to come and 2 of them are totally sized wrong. I ordered smalls and one is an OK fit, the other is absolutely huge, and the third bathing suit is big plus has all this extra material around the straps. Can't figure out how to wear it. The material is very thin and probably see through when wet plus threads hanging. To return them I have to ship them to China or get a $3 refund per suit and I guess burn the junk!
Ordered a swimsuit for vacation (Feb 9th), paid for expedited shipping ( to arrive the 19th). March 2. Still no swimsuit. Asked about at least a refund on at least the extra cost for expedited shipping. I was told "half" because they were still going ship it the same way. It's a popular suit... so I was told, hence the delay in the first place.
Seriously? Don't offer expedited shipping if you don't have the product. Also, tell me it's on back order if that's the case. I would have bought another suit so I actually had it for vacation.
Wish I would have read reviews before purchasing from here. Bathing suites apparently are In high demand and still haven't gotten them. If I would have known they take a long time I wouldn't have ordered from here. They were for a vacation I'm going on. I have emailed serval times to cancel since I haven't gotten them but was told they were sent out already. Not true. Very frustrating! Don't order from here!
I ordered two suits. The quality is poor. They are both too small and when I tried to exchange them beachsissi said to keep them d as bd pay half to get the right size. I would not send them more money to keep the wrong size and hope the new one would fit.
