I was a little apprehensive when ordering my swimsuits from this website after seeing all the negative reviews (which I didn't notice until after ordering), but I actually had a good experience with this company. I ordered two swimsuits and about 2 weeks later I received only one of them, so I emailed them asking where the other one was. I got a quick response to my email and had the other swimsuit within days. I ordered a tankini and a one piece, and they both fit perfectly and are super cute. I've not gotten the chance to use them in the water yet (thanks COVID) so we'll see how well they hold up! I chose 4 stars instead of 5 because shipping did take a little while despite paying extra to have them expedited. I ordered them on 5/15, received one of them on 5/25 and the other 6/1. Overall I am satisfied with my purchases.

Maybe I was just lucky but I've had several good experiences with this company. My first order was exactly as per the website and arrived in good time (we live in an isolated area and are used to delays so it might not have seemed 'timely' to city dwellers) the second order was the same. I had been ordering surf swim tops one size up in case this was an Asian 'petite' manufacturer, and tops were slightly loose, so third order I decided to try a size down, I mistakenly ordered S instead of M (I had been ordering L) so when it arrived it was too small, and as it was clearly my error I did not expect any return policy, but they agreed to send me M for half the cost and I kept the S (which I gave to a friend). I know this could be seen as a scam if you don't have a friend and it was their mistake to send a wrong size or a poor fit, but this was my error so I was pleased with the result. I've been wearing the surf tops for nearly 2 years and still have not thrown out the first one, though it is really faded in the sun now from constant use, but the stitching has held up in sea water, so the quality is good. Surprised to see so many negative reviews, as I was happy with multiple orders from this company.

Do not purchase ANYTHING from this site. The suits are not as imagined, and forget returning them if you're dissatisfied. The first option they give you is to buy another item instead for half price... and then when they finally agree to accept your return, they do not provide a shipping label. If you're in the US that means paying at least $30 and filling out a customs form. Absolutely not worth the hassle. Do not waste your time, energy, or money with this company! You will be disappointed.

I ordered the "Nothing on You" and the Floral print high waist suits for a trip- shipping made me a bit nervous because I read the reviews on this site. BUT, you cannot track your order until it comes into the country- it took a week for that to happen, and then the order was at my doorstep 2 days after it got into the country. This company avoids returns and it says it on their website what happens when you try, so I am confused about the reviews that are pissed because of that... cute suits, cute site, cute life- if you have your suits enjoy it and read the site from now on before ordering.

I bought four swim suits and none fit. They are not equal to US sizes as they claim. Now they want me to pay to ship them back to China instead of the warehouse in the US where they came from.
They offered to send me one free one in place of the four I already bought!

Our purchase arrived 6 weeks after ordering with no invoice or packing slip. There is no customer service phone number on the website and there's a reason for that. You have to email the company to try to get an address for sending items back and they never provided that-just told me I was past the 15 day return policy - which of course I was because I had no return address or invoice and no one returned the first 2 emails we sent. Clearly this is how they make money.

Ordered 3 swimsuits that arrived and were way too small, even though I ordered up. I contacted them to return and get a refund and they offered to send me new items 50% off. Wtf? No, I don't want more items or to spend more money. I just wanted items that fit in the first place! I got the same reply as others here- you can return but you'll have to pay for shipping to the warehouse in China, essentially not worth it because of the money you lose. So I'm out $90 with 3 brand new swimsuits that don't fit. Never ordering from here again.
