I ordered a bathing suit on May 22 and on May 29 I received a confirmation that it was shipped and this confirmation provided a tracking number. When I went to track the package it said that the label has been created but there was no more information. It is now June 14 and if I tracked the package I get the exact same message. Label was created but no new information. I have purchased a bathing suit off of one of these Facebook companies before and receive my merchandise. And I was happy with it. I have written several emails to the company and have not heard back yet. No response at all. I have seen several bathing suits on the site that I would love to purchase but I will not until I hear back from them. If I don't hear back from them I will report to the Better Business Bureau and I will dispute the charge. And get my money back.

It took 3 WEEKS to get my suit! Gloria dodged my question EVERY chance she got regarding the shipment. This suit is cheaply made. I ordered XL and the top barely fits (I normally wear size Med shirts). The pads in the top are barely bigger than a golf ball size--- NOT big enough for what is supposed to be XL size! The pads need to be triangle shape for the best coverage... no doubt.
VERY unsatisfied w my purchase, and as long as it took me to even get my suit, I'm positive doing an exchange will be NOTHING BUT AGGRAVATING.

They look NOTHING like the pictures in real life! The ONLY one that was halfway cute in real life, they sent me 2 sizes smaller than what I ordered. Then when I sent them pictures & told them they sent the wrong size, they said that wasn't their swimsuit in the pictures! LMBO. I guess some random person highjacked their shipping package & swapped their swimsuit for one that looked just like it only a size small instead of what I ordered. This company is a freaking joke, which is why they don't allow reviews on their FB page. Save your money & go elsewhere.

Don't plan to get what you order. I ordered a shirt off of their site. They sent a romper instead that was very poor quality. No number to call. Emailed them. My response was sorry. Send me a picture. I sent a picture of package. Their reply good news. We will send you the shirt you ordered and you can Lee what we sent you. We will need you to pay half of the cost of the shirt and shipping. My reply: so you want me to pay another $25 for the item I already paid for? Yes you can keep what we sent you. Sorry it didn't fit and was port quality.

I ordered my swimsuit around May 6. Then around May 16 I received a text saying my order had been shipped. I was very worried because the tracking number would not allow me to track order. Then the emails I sent where responded to but they where not of much help either. I was giving them until today before I contacted PayPal to be Reimbursed. Well, yesterday I got home and guess what was in my mailbox? Yes FINALLY my swimsuit! Due to coronavirus orders are taking longer to get out which is completely understandable. I do love my swimsuit! It is true to size and was exactly what I ordered. I paid $30 something for it so no it's not top Quality BUT with only paying $30 for it how can you expect the quality of a $120.00 swimsuit? I'm very pleased with my order and will order again when this coronavirus is over so it will not take as long to come in. Overall I am pleased

The quality is awful and their customer service is even worse. Please throw your money away like I did. I thought I was ordering from an American company... NOT! I was offered:

A) Exchange for New Item: we resend you 2 new items with 50% off price instead of return. (Most customers choose this) (Why would I want to waste more money)

B) Fast Partial Refund: You don't need to return. We can refund USD$3 for each return item. This way can save your much effort and time.

C) Return for full refund: Please mail them out within 7 days and offer the valid returning tracking number. (Shipping was over $70 so this was not an option.)

So I guess I will choose B and get a lousy $6.00 back.
