I made a purchase of 4 bathing suits. 3 did not fit properly and returning them was more complicated and costly than the total value of the purchase. Not using or recommending this site for future purchases.
Ordered this product more than 6 weeks ago and still have not received it or a working tracking number. I understand things will be slower with Covid 19 but this is ridiculous. Canceling payment and ordering from a company more reputable.
I paid for expedited (3-5 days) shipping on June 10,2020 because I was going away, and still have not received them! Only email communication and they take 24hrs+ to get back to you! No answers to my questions, asked for refund and still nothing! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered swimsuits 2 weeks before a trip to Florida and paid extra for expedited shipping. The website says your order will ship within 3-5 days. It is now 3 weeks later, I still have not received my swimsuits, and my trip to Florida has come and gone. I am so disappointed and will never order from this company again. I would not suggest anyone do business with Beachsissi.
What a scam. Mailing a cheap bathing suit all the way back to China is their return policy. And they take days to give up the return address. I will stick with Zappos.com as I have been a loyal customer of theirs for years. You will never get a good review from me Beachsissi.It took days for your people to answer so that time is ticking away on the amount of time I have to return this cheap suit. And if it came from a distribution center in the United States so it can surely go back to a distribution center in the United States where can be mailed to somebody else who purchases it. Total scam. Also the suit is not as pictured, especially the bottom part. The cups float around in the suit and the bottoms do not have a v shape gathering as pictured. It takes weeks to get to you also. Don't give them your money- not a penny. They don't even do their own pictures. These are Instagram pics from "infliencers" who get free suits.
I paid for expedited/express shipping which said 3-5 business days. When I inquired about my missing package I was told it takes 8-13 days. DO NOT waste your money, buy from Amazon or Cupshe.
Purchased a suit from them. Took months to arrive and then when I wanted to return it they offered me a couple of unsatisfactory, shady choices which didn't include returning the suit for a full refund. Stay away!
My total loss in this experience with Beachsissi is $265, and hours and hours and hours of effort trying to work with representatives at Beachsissi to return swimsuits that did not fit me.
I strongly recommend that no one order anything from this company it is absolutely not worth it.
Here's my story I hope it helps inform other customers.
I placed my order for several swimsuits (did not know what size I needed, so purchased several to try on) on January 8,2020. The swimsuits arrived two weeks later and some fit and some didn't.
The company requires that if you need to return something, you must contact them within 15 days. I contacted them within the 15 day period and notified them of the returns I needed to make. Their first response was:
"we will resend you new items if you agree to just pay half of the new item.
For the received item, you just keep it, and no need to return it back. Is it OK?"
When I said no, that I would like a full refund of $185, they came back with a few more options:
A) Exchange for New Item: we resend you 2 new items with free price instead of return.
B) Fast Partial Refund: You don't have to send item back, we can refund USD$3 for each return item.
C) Return for full refund: Please mail them out within 7 days and offer the valid returning tracking number.
I chose option C, packaged everything up exactly as instructed, I worked with the USPS and sent the package back to China, and it cost me $80 to ship it back.
Three weeks later the package arrived in Shanghai and it sat in customs for 4 months until June 2 when I was notified that the package would be returned back to me.
I can only guess that something was wrong with the instructions Beachsissi provided me, because it would not be released from Customs, even with multiple correspondences with Customs and USPS.
It is June 20, and I still have not gotten the package back, nor received any refund.
Facebook ads are all these rip off merchant companies from China. Its quite obvious Zuckerberg doesn't give $#*! if we get ripped off as long as these Chinese companies keep buying ads from FB. If the ad comes up on Facebook, and the outfit and price look to god to be true, it's because it is. You're better off heading to your local Ross and looking around for a deal.
Bought 2 suits. They took almost a month to get to me, but hard to know how long it actually would have taken if covid wasn't around. Neither fit right and to return it, it would cost me $35! So but worth it! I'm stuck with them now and will only get $3 per suit, so I just wasted about $60. Don't waste your time!
I emailed beach sissi before I ordered because my daughter is very picky with how things fit and I wanted to make sure I could return swim suits if they didn't work for her. I was emailed back and was told that wouldn't be a problem. Turns out my daughter didn't like the suits and I am given three options for return.
1. order something else for 50% off
2. Get $3 refunded for each item
3. Send them back to CHINA for about $50-70 in shipping (which, by the way is more than what I ordered them for)
So don't buy from them unless you are sure you want to keep what they send you.
Are usually don't take the time to do a review, but it was such a poor experience. I mistakenly placed an order and contact them immediately by email because there is no phone number for them. I contacted them at least five times by email, customer support. However, there is no customer support. I never got a response, but three days later received a notice that the item was shipped. I've also heard the quality of their items is very poor. So, take my word for it. Don't do it
I paid a significant amount more for expedited shipping. 3 weeks in and no package. Reaced out to customer service twice. The first time they replied with it is on its way. Second time no reply.
I purchased 3 swimsuits back on May 13th. I did not receive my order until June 11th. One of the swimsuits was not as advertised.The top is unwearable due to there being knots all over the back. They wanted to refund me $3, when I paid 29.99 plus tax, plus they wanted ME to pay for the shipping costs to return the item. When I said that was unacceptable, They offered for me to exchange the item, pay 1/2 the cost of a new suit plus pay to have the one I received shipped back. Again, more money out of my pocket. I've been in communication over multiple times and no solution has been met. They are basically thieves. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

2. The bathing suits don't fit properly
3. You can't return unless you want to pay an extreme amount to send back to China
4. They want you to pay more money for a different size instead of returning
5. They will only give you $3 for each bathing suit you want to return

First of all they are in China. I didn't care for the bathing suits so i requested a return label. They don't give return labels. You are responsible for the return. I took the return to the post office and they said it would be $93.00 to return the 2 bathing suits (which cost $96.00). I contacted the company and this is what they said "Sorry, we don't provide return label. We already have offered great quality item with lowest price, so we can't afford the return cost, really hope you can understand, thanks.
If it's difficult for you to return, you can exchange for another item. Please consider.
Contact us if you need help, we will offer you feedback ASAP."
It is a TOTAL SCAM! Do not purchase ANYTHING from this company.
I'm telling you. I know a lot of covid stuff is preventing things from arriving on time, but it's been a month and a half since I ordered and still there is no shipping information and limited communication from beachsissi. At this point, I'm assuming they took my money and are scammers. It's hard to get a hold of PayPal right now, so for now I can't get anything done about it. Absolutely sucky customer service and I regret ordering terribly.
Tried to get refund since neither of the swimsuits fit correctly, absolutely ZERO support! Was told I could buy 2 more suits and they only make me pay 1/2 price and could keep the ones that don't fit, why would I want something that doesn't fit, or even trust that something else would fit correctly. I just want me money back... DONT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!
I ordered $122 worth of suits. Only one fit. The company tried for weeks to just make excuses for not refunding my money. In the end they told me they could refund $4 per suit. I will never buy anything else from them.
I emailed asking for a return label and they suggested I order another swimsuit and said they would give it to me at half price and I could just keep the first one I ordered. Why would I want to keep a swimsuit that doesn't fit? Very poor customer service!
Answer: I did receive my merchandise but I had to return it and I also was not aware it would need to be returned to China! They did offer me a partial refund and I could keep the clothes but that didn't seem right either since I couldn't wear them and it advertised 100% refund return policy. I wish I had known this or read this review before I bought anything from this site because nowhere did it say that would be the circumstances.

Answer: I ordered on June 15. I received only 2 of 6 items on july 15th!. I had repeatedly emailed them. I did not get a tracking number for two weeks. I ordered expedited shipping 3-5 days and paid more for shipping. I am not in a formal dispute with this company. I would cancel before they ship you will be stuck with a very poorly made, very poorly sized product.
