I placed an order. It took a month to receive. I only received 3 of my 5 outfits. I sent 5 emails trying to explain I did not receive my complete order. There is no phone number to call. My bank could not find out any information or phone numbers for the company. I kept receiving the same email back from them stating to take pictures of what was wrong with my order and the bags they came in and they would help with return policy. I couldn't take pictures of what I didn't receive. Needless to say, I was scammed out of $75.00. DO NOT order from this company unless you don't mind being scammed out of your money.

I ordered this bathing suit during quarantine and I will say it did take a while to ship. But - maybe that was because of quarantine? I'm not sure.

Anyway! I put it on when it arrived today and it is the most beautiful bathing suit I have ever ordered. I feel like it looks just like the pictures I feel so feminine and it fits SO well. I saw a lot of bad reviews on here after I had ordered the product so I was nervous to see what it would be like when I got it and honestly it's a really nice suit! I am about to go get another one.

I placed an order with Beachsissi on 06/02/2020 and received an email on 06/04/2020 that it was being shipped out and to allow 8-10 business days for delivery. It is now 07/01/2020 and I still don't have it. The USPS tracking # provided only shows a label has been made, but no shipping on it. I have sent at least 3 emails to them and their response is always the same to wait another 3-5 days to check on it. My last email I asked for them to cancel, but they wouldn't do it. They are still stating to wait another 3-5 days to check on it. Since they won't cancel this, I am now disputing the charge of $35.99 on 06/02/2020 with my credit card company. I worked in retail management for almost 40 yrs and never have seen anything like this. I does appear to be a scam, so don't waste your time or money ordering from them.

I paid $15 for shipping and this store states it shipped my items. THE ONLY THING THEY HAVE DONE IS "CREATED A SHIPPING LABLE" and state the item is out for shipment! I can NOT even TRACK this item until it reaches the United States! I ordered this A MONTH AGO! THEY WILL NOT CANCEL MY ORDER and are telling me this has been shipped! SUCH A SCAM! Summer is about over! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They catch your eye by having cute swim suits... however, you WILL NOT be swimming in them unless you live in CHINA! Can not even leave a ZERO for rating...

I have emailed them 4 times now. The response I Keep getting is that it was sent June 11th but the tracking number comes up as non existent, and they said they said that over a week ago, and that's the only response I keep getting. It doesn't take this long to have a tracking number and I'm not showing anything on their end that this has been sent out. I keep asking for proof as their word is clearly not enough and have not even provided any. This was supposed to arrive with 6-10 days it's been over a month. I've asked for a refund twice now and they refuse to give me one. I've contacted PayPal but from what I've read from others a refund isn't likely.

I ordered three items that were listed as in stock' and they took my money right away. More than two weeks had gone by and I had not received any tracking information. I emailed them (there is no way to call them apparently) and I received a response in poor English saying that it was a popular item I ordered but they will try to put a rush on it. I waited another week and still nothing. Now it has been a month and I just emailed them to cancel the order and get a refund. Just waiting to see if I get any response. Based on other reviews I have read, I am doubtful that I will get my money back.
