Wow, this company sucks! It's been 2 weeks and my order has not been processed. No movement at all. I emailed them because there's no phone number. The response email was exactly what someone else said in their review here. "This is a popular bathing suit so shipping times will be longer". In my second email, I provided the order # and asked for a refund. Beachsissi Support emailed back and the response was, "can you provide more details of the oder". Holy fn crap, are you kidding me?! So I forwarded them the email that shows the entire order details that includes my full name, address and payment. Hopefully I'll get a refund. This company, which is in China, (didn't know b4 ordering as my girlfriend did the 'shopping') does not deserve my or anybodys business. I really really really wish I saw all the bad reviews. I should have paid attention to where it says standard shipping is 2 weeks. Beachsissi is a joke of a company!

Paid expedited shipping in eatly June. Still no bathing suits but plenty of lies from "Jane" in grammatically incorrect English. I have been told since mid-June the items have shipped. They will not give the carrier or tracking number. I was told I would receive my shipment July 8th but didn't and still non tracking, so I cancelled the order. Suddenly it shipped on July 14 after 4 days at a shipping company. Thinking these suits will be trash which is why they have the worst customer service. Liars, Cheats, STAY AWAY!

I order my swimsuit from them on June 13th and got it on July 13th. On their website, it tells you when It will get to you depending on where you live. On their website, it said that it would come to Israel (where I live) from 15 to 30 days and it came after 30 days. I kinda got scared about my order because I saw some horrible reviews here that said that the swimsuits are cheap, they are scammers and that their package got lost in the mail but it's different for everybody. My swimsuit looks exactly like the picture and has good quality material. In conclusion, I think online shopping is different for everybody and you shouldn't get scared because you saw some horrible reviews.

I ordered the black tankini with option of different straps. It's a suit that will work. I think everyone has to remember is that most of these suits come from China and arent made with the best quality at times. If you are looking for a specific suit, go to the store. You have to be able to take the risk that the suit will come to you possibly not looking like the suit you ordered. You're paying $40 tops for these suits. Mine worked out but I've ordered other things from other sites like these that come and don't work at all! Pay close attention to the sizing, measure yourself and order accordingly. Good luck! As I said, my suit worked for what I wanted... and I was happy with what I received.

Poor quality clothes and swim that takes for ever to ship. The fit is ill and the customer service email does not work half the time. The only way you can return an item is do they send you contact them to send you a return address. When I finally got through, I requested a return and 3 weeks later got a response that I could exchange. Re requested return and they still did not send me the return address and said they do not send shipping labels and for me to consider an exchange. The return will cost more than the cheep clothes are worth and they have worn me down. Clothes go to good will and I will never order from here again. Buyer beware.

I too fell for the beauty of their bathing suits. Mid June I ordered two bathing suits and a cover up from this company with expedited shipping and an expected shipping date of end of June. I thought that was fair, but lo and behold, the date came and went and no package came. Unfortunately I had to leave for vacation with no bathing suits. While on vacation, I, very politely, contacted the company asking where my order was because I had expected it to arrive before leaving for vacation and here it was the middle of my vacation and still no package. The response that I received yesterday, 7/6, was a very short and curt, "Thanks for contacting. Your order has been shipped out. For the tracking number... Not an explanation as to what had delayed my package even though I had paid for expedited shipping, not an "we are sorry for the delay", nothing that a company who care about their customers would say to people. Needless to say, my next email was still polite, but not as nice. I still haven't received my package and after reading some of the horror reviews on here, I'm afraid of what I might actually get. If i could give negative stars, I would, but I guess one star will have to do. Ugh...
