I ordered from this site with some hesitation after reading other reviews. The item I ordered was exactly as pictured, great quality and fit true to size. I have zero complaints. The shipping time was long but no fault of the company. There are shipping delays no matter what these days.
Ordered in early June, its late July, still waiting for the suite. After emailing twice i finally got a response, saying here is your tracking info it is in transit. I dont even need the suite any more. I will never order from this site again. I paid WAY TO MUCH for this kind of service.

I took a shot and orderEd a suit online. When I FINALLY received my suit it was AFTER the three week guarantee. I had already left in vacation. Sad. I returned home to find one of my suits had multiple black stripes o. The lower part of the suit. I asked for a replacement and was informed I was not within the 15 day window. FYI. There is not a 30 day guarantee. This company is VERY shady. I will never order again. There is no phone number to call no way to contact other than email. Response are short and rude.
The dress I got is very cheap and does not look like the picture at all. I asked to return the dress and they offered another dress for 50% off or for me to keep the dress and refund $3.00 to me.
I asked again to return the dress and they gave me a return address in China and said they would only issue a refund if returned within 7 days. Due to COVID restrictions, the US is currently not shipping to China. I communicated that to them and they are staying strict with returning the dress within an unreasonable 7 days. Now I am stuck with it. I wish I knew this dress was coming from China before I purchased it. Save your money and aggravation.
Don't buy from this company delivery takes forever, quality of the swimsuits are cheap and none of them fit right. They are cut wrong and sewn incorrectly.
After checking the return policy, I ordered 5 suits to try before an upcoming vacation. They are truly the poorest quality (I should have expected this for the price) suits I've ever seen. The fit is laughable at best. I chose to keep 2 and return 3. I have been emailing back and forth since the day they arrived and STILL cannot get a return address or return form from them. "Gloria" just keeps arguing that I should keep them because the shipping back to China is expensive and they do not pay for it. FINE, I will pay the shipping. I want my money back. Period. They arrive in an unmarked package - WEEKS after ordering, and do not have any paperwork enclosed. Don't be fooled by the "6 - 10 day expedited shipping. They came 1 month after ordering.
I ordered and didn't receive an email saying it was shipped until 5 weeks later. Then it took another week to come. When I got the actual suit it did not fit at all like it does on the model. Not worth the money.
Bought a swimsuit from Beachsissi. Good quality but didn't fit. So far I have had to email them 3 times to get an address to return. They answer my email but they want me to order something else pay half the cost and keep my original purchase. They tell me it will cost a lot to return and time consuming. I don't get it! Haven't heard back from my third email yet.
Order took forever and the partial order I did receive was poor quality. When I kept inquiring about the rest of my order they kept asking for the bag that they came in. I threw the bathing suit I did receive away as it was not worth giving to ANYONE. Stay away!
I ordered 4 bathingsuits on June10,2020 then a month later I received the order... they were cheap and didn't fit... a waste of time... Please save your money on these cheap bathing suits...
If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. I ordered 4 bathing suits. One came damaged with a huge hole. I had to send 8 emails to them. The customer service rep REFUSED to exchange the item for me. Her name was Natalia. She kept giving me other ridiculous solutions. "We can credit you $5." "We can credit you $3." "We will send you another one if you pay half." It's absolutely ridiculous. Don't waste your time buying from them. They will not take responsibility for their flaws and cheap items, and just want to get more money out of you!
Ordered an order of 3 peices and paid 18$ of expedited shipping to get it after 5 business days.
After fighting for 3 weeks, received half of the order only! No useful response from their very poor customer service. They never refund, if you want to ecchange? No problem, you pay for the shipping to China and then they will exchange it for you.
I do not recommend dealing with them!
I purchased this item around father's day (June) paid for express, like so many else, barely received items, they are too small and some were just plain ugly (not like the pic at all) and had to wait for a return address. The problem is that it's going to be a bigger hassle returning them, minus the shipping, I still get jipped. Will never order from these Chinese small sized websites again! DONT BOTHER!
This site requires me to rate w/a star but they don't deserve even one. After SEVERAL attempts to get a full refund on the suit I purchased and never received, Beachsissi only gave me a partial refund. I now have to file a complaint with my credit card company in order to get my money back after not receiving anything from them. Don't order from them. It's not worth it.
I placed an order on May 20th and still have not recieved, contacted them 5 times about my order and everytime they say my order was shipped out, still have not received my order
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Great prices, but I never received my order. Customer service seems like they're helpful, but they're not. I've been waiting for over two months for my package and have not gotten it. I'm trying now to get a full refund but haven't gotten anywhere with that. If it were possible to give them a negative star rating, I would. Very disappointed and will NEVER order from them again.
Ordered in April... it is July and still don't have them! I contacted customer support and they said they would send it again... but still did not get them. Hopefully I will get them for the following summer and hope to not gain weight :)

I ordered 2 bathing suits about 2 months ago. Received them this week. These definitely are Chinese made. I wear a size 14 and ordered XL anticipating that they may run small. The torso is not long enough to fit anyone over 3 ft! Not near enough room in the bust. I contacted the customer service, good luck returning anything. Definitely, save yourself the trouble and do not order from this company.
