I ordered a swimsuit and while is appears to be good quality, the top had no support (I'm a D cup) and I was not confident it would hold everything in while at the beach. I requested a return/refund based on the above, and instead of providing a return/refund, their solution was to offer me a second swimsuit at 50% off and to keep the first swimsuit, even after I explained that I did not like the fit. I am still arguing with them in hopes of getting my money back.

Beachsissi is a terrible company. Takes over 2 months to get your item and they do not honor their return policy even if it's their fault. I have had over 20 email correspondences with them and they refuse to pay for the return shipping even though it was their fault. The shipping to China would cost more than the item! They offered to give me $3 back for a $30 item. Or buy another item for half off. Are they serious? What a joke! They're a scam. Stay far away from this terrible company. Wish I read reviews before ordering.

I have emailed them 5 times now already. I rec'd a message we will look into it on the 3rd response. I still have not heard from them. Most like will be losing about a $150.00 with this purchase. No customer service skills at all.
Lovely stuff, but what does that matter if you cannot trust them to stand by their returns policy.
I will not be recommending this company at all. Now if they were to make this right, I might change my mind.

Do not order anything from this company! I ordered a black lace off the shoulder dress back in April they said that my dress was delivered June 11 in my mailbox. I received nothing I've contacted customer service via their email I've never heard anything from them!

Like other reviewers I wish I could give them a -5 star. Please save your money don't waste it on the scam company what an embarrassment this company is no phone number so you cannot speak to anybody horrible horrible horrible!

I made the mistake of ordering 2 swim suits on July 10th. Its 7/28 and I still have not received either swimsuit. I emailed to cancel my order and miraculously one swimsuit was "shipped". I emailed to cancel the other swimsuit that was not shipped and then that swimsuit was "shipped". Still waiting, the tracking numbers are useless. I've read so many reviews and if I knew this was a China based company I would never have ordered. This is an awful company, should be shut down.

I ordered a cover up and a swimsuit. It took over 2 months to receive it after many failed attempts to cancel / get info on arrival, this us AFTER I even paid for expedited shipping. I feel so dumb I didn't look for reviews first. Their Facebook page has turned off comments and likes... bc they are FRAUD! They are a fly by night company out of China that takes your money and sends you crap. I ordered an XL in the cover-up and it barely fit my 10 year old daughter and it kept shedding weird particles. The swim suit I ordered was an XL too and it did not fit at all and did not look anything like the swimsuit in the picture. I contacted the company to get a refund and they only give you 3 ridiculous choices. You can return the items and pay over $40 to ship them back for a "refund." Aka they claim you never returned it and you'll never see that refund... or option 2 you get $3.00 per item refunded back or option 3 you buy something else and they'll give it to you for 50 percent of the price. WHAT IN THE CRAP KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS. They don't speak English and no phone number, only an email address. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN FROM SELLING IN THE U. S!

It comes from China. The swimsuit was too small. You have to pay to return. It was going to cost me $27.02 to mail back to them. I only paid $32.00 for swimsuit. Then the offered to let me purchase something half priced and I could keep swimsuit that did not fit. I said know because I could end up with another item that did not fit. The also said to mail back I would have to get a tracking number so they could see when it got back to China in order to get my refund. The post office worker told mr once it goes through Customs in the United States there is no tracking number to track. Please do not order from them.
