I bought 4 bathing suits that cost me $122.86. It took over a month to get the suits. The bottoms fit fine but I needed a large top. (I previously ordered 1 bathing suit size medium and the top fit fine so I bought 4 more size medium suits and all four tops were too small). I was told you can't mix and match sizes. So their offer was I could exchange 1 item which didn't fit for a new item (size) for free with no need to return the suits (what am I going to do with suits that don't fit me)? 2nd option was they would give me a Fast Partial Return of $4.00 per suit = $16.00 with no need to return the suits which don't fit or the 3rd option was to return all suits for a full refund. However, I would have to pay for return shipping which according to the USPS could cost anywhere from $50.00 to $96.00 depending upon what kind of shipping services I need (tracking, proof of mailing, etc). I purchased these through PayPal who told me they will only cover up to $30.00 for return shipping. So on an order of $120.86, with shipping at $85.00 (that's what it will cost me to return the suits), I will get a refund of $35.00? If I add the $30.00 refund on shipping from Paypal I would then have a total refund of $65.00 on an order of $120.86 with 4 bathing suits that don't fit me. I will NEVER use this company again and neither should you. There are many other companies that sell bathing suits that don't come from CHINA.
Ive never experienced such a disaster in my life with online shopping. I ordered for 200 euros worth of bikinis and didn't get my order. Neither did I get my money back! When I contact them they reply every single time with the same ready made sentence and don't offer help or give my money back. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. Getting money out of hard working peoples pockets!
I ordered this a swimsuit on June 4th, 2020. I still do NOT have the suit. I even paid for express shipping. Beyond ridiculous. I must have 20 emails with the customer service department. They gave me tracking, but it doesn't go anywhere. It says it's been in Denver since July, but the tracking # doesn't exist within USPS tracking information. Is this company even real? I'm just getting the run around with their customer service department.
They are located in China and they will not allow you to return items. Total nightmare!

MY OPTIONS WERE TO BUY TWO MORE SUITS AT 50% OFF - WHY WOULD I DO THAT - I DID NOT LIKE THE FIRST TWO. MY OTHER OPTION WERE TO TAKE $3.00 BACK ON EACH SUIT - THEY EACH COST OVER $30+ OR MAIL BACK TO CHINA - I COULD SEE THEM SAYING THEY NEVER RECEIVED. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I‘m in contact with the very bad and incompetent customer service. First the order arrived several weeks too late (before I‘ve been assured by the customer service that it will arrive in time). The the First part of my order arrived way too late and none of the items fit. The second part arrived even later. None of it fit. They refuse to give me a return label and to refund the 400$ of my order! It is the worst thing that happened to me via online shopping! Do not ever order anything there!

BEWARE! Site states they take returns - I requested RA # to return a $129 order - received an email back to keep the order in exchange for $15 store credit because they're in China! I replied I don't want something I'm not going to wear, they replied again to take credit or resell it myself! If you order take about 8 weeks to receive. Sizes are off and fabric feels like a plastic bag.
I read the reviews after ordering my items, so maybe it was my complete lack of expectations in this company that made me give it a 5 star review, but I had a really great experience shopping with them. My products arrived quicker than expected (FYI- Shipping to Canada, I did not pay for expedited shipping), they were better quality than expected, and they fit and look great (exactly like the pictures! I corresponded with customer service once (via FB) to inquire about my tracking code and they responded quickly and professionally. For me, it was a great deal for the price, and a great online shopping experience.
I ordered 5 things from them and paid expedited shipping, not only did it not come expedited but the customer service Sophia person responded by just copy and pasting tracking number I tried multiple times to get help that's all she did was copy and paste.
I ordered 3 swimsuits and they were not like the pictures online at all.
I tried to return them and customer service is horrible. They won't let me return and it took them over 3 weeks to send my swimsuits in the mail.
Very disappointing.
I am out $100 now and these swimsuits are just going to go in the garbage.

I am a perfect size small. I followed their sizing chart and ordered my size small. Item arrived it was far too small on me and there were flaws in the stitching of the garment making it look awkward. Garment is also poor quality. I decided to return it for a full refund but it is very difficult to get them to go along with a full refund. I did not know at the time of ordering but it is a Chinese company which I do not support. Stay away and spend your elsewhere at a reputable company.
They do not honor their return policy and just recommend keeping my item and buying another item at 1/2 price. I have no need for a bathing suit that does not fit and not true to their website sizing chart. This one will be reported to my credit card for fraudulent charges since they are frauds.
SO MANY REASONS: The items took 32 days to arrive. I ordered several suits. They did not fit as the size chart indicated. Tops were ordered all the same size; some are too big and some are too small. Some bottoms are too big. The items do not offer support in necessary areas. It took 8 days, numerous emails, and two representatives to finally get the return instructions. Although the return policy specifically states, ". Due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason," yet I am told I am responsible for shipping. Incorrect manufactured sizes (all tops were ordered larges, yet none fit the same or fit at all) is definitely due to the companies reasons. Furthermore being offered $20 or a new item does not even come close to the $150+ I spent on defective items. The suits were returned today as finally instructed. I paid a $43 shipping charge. I will update when and if I am refunded.
Delivery takes forever and it nearly impossible to make a return. They just play around. There is no phone number just an email.
I ordered 5 swimsuits. After two weeks of them not shipping, I emailed them asking to cancel the order because I needed them in a week. They said it shouldn't be a problem and they should be delivered by the weekend. They arrived four weeks after that request to cancel. Now they are refusing to give me the address to return them. I am furious. I have emailed with them every day for over a week asking them to send the address and they won't.
I have so many packages delivered to me and NEVER have I had a package undeliverable. My address was spot on. My total spend was $146.00 and I ordered in May 2020. I had to follow up in July 2020 to find out that the order was not delivered and I could get it for an additional $45.00 shipping or refund me 20% of the total amount I spent ($29.00). No one to call or speak to. I've never had such poor customer service anywhere! DO NOT BUY HERE!
Swimsuit fits like a joke it is actually funny. Once you buy it it is impossible to get your money back. The whole website is a joke
I ordered a bikini. Turned out wayyy better than expected. My favorite bikini I own. I highly recommend to give Beach Sissi a shot.
I have been emailing them for 2 weeks with replies back and forth. They give you the runaround. No one to call or speak to. Will tell you you can't return because shipping is to expensive as the items need to be shipped to China, but you will pay in US currency. They will offer 1 item for free when I ordered 4. All the sizes I ordered were the same but the actual items are completely different in their actual size, not one item fit properly. $150 lost and wasted. I have never posted a review for anything but this is a complete scam and bull$#*!. Please do not buy from these people, spend and give your money to a legitimate business.
Answer: I did receive my merchandise but I had to return it and I also was not aware it would need to be returned to China! They did offer me a partial refund and I could keep the clothes but that didn't seem right either since I couldn't wear them and it advertised 100% refund return policy. I wish I had known this or read this review before I bought anything from this site because nowhere did it say that would be the circumstances.

Answer: I ordered on June 15. I received only 2 of 6 items on july 15th!. I had repeatedly emailed them. I did not get a tracking number for two weeks. I ordered expedited shipping 3-5 days and paid more for shipping. I am not in a formal dispute with this company. I would cancel before they ship you will be stuck with a very poorly made, very poorly sized product.
