I ordered a swim bottom well in advance of trip I was taking and paid for the item via Paypal (in which my ship to address was clearly listed. I live in Idaho). When the item never arrived, I contacted Beachsissi. They provided delivery information for an address in Florida (I had already been on my trip and the item locally).

Beachsissi initially refused to refund or reship the item, even though the mistake was theirs. Only after I opened a complaint with Paypal did they agree to reship the item (which now I do not need or want). If they cared about customer service they would have just refunded my money. I'll be finding all the places I can to post a comments about their lack of business practices and customer service.

I made a mistake ordering three swim suits from Beachsissi. 1. It took much longer to receive the items than "advertised" because they are shipped from China via USPS. I did take the pandemic into consideration. It took months to receive these suits. 2. The 15 day return policy is not a fair policy. It should be 30. They finally arrived while I was out of town and by the time I returned it was too late to return them. 3. The suit sizes are odd. Some tops were too big while the bottoms too small, then vice versa. It's almost like the bottoms/tops weren't pair properly but marked the same size. So, none of the suits I ordered fit me. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed in my purchase. I will not be purchasing from this merchant again and I recommend others don't even give them a try. Based on the number of bad reviews, hopefully people will avoid this merchant. Support local retailers instead!

I recently purchased several items from Beachsissi. When they arrived NONE OF THEM FIT. They are not the size they say they are and do not look like the photos on the website. Then when I tried to return them, I have received 15 emails all trying to get me to buy more items at half price in lieu of returning them for my money back. How is that going to help me? They keep giving me the runaround and won't give me their return address. This company is from China, which they fail to disclose on their website. I have been trying for weeks, and I still don't have a return address. So frustrating!

My order took 2 months to come in because they forgot half my order when they originally sent it. When I tried to return it took 1.5 weeks to have someone answer me and another 1.5 weeks to work through the return process because they wanted to offer me the "here you keep those and we'll send you a different one for no refund"... My package came from California but the return address was China so I had to pay for shipping on my return and I sent it back on July 6th (it's now Sept 9). It shows delivered and they still won't issue my refund. I've sent about 30 emails back and forth with them and no one will help me. I spent $188 on my order and had to pay for shipping on my return to them and I still haven't got a penny back from them. I'm so upset and don't know what else to do to get my money back. I've been begging for someone to just make it right and do the right thing.
DO NOT TRUST THEIR POLICY OR THIS COMPANY.

I wish I had seen this review site before ordering. None of the suits that I ordered fit properly, and not because they were the wrong size. All of the tops are too wide AND too short. The online pictures of the suits I ordered do not reflect the dimensions of what I received. I have been emailing back and forth with a rep for a week and they have yet to provide a return address or satisfactory outcome. They want me to order 5 More for half price or 2 for free and not to return the others because their warehouse is in China and getting through customs is troubling?, or to the sell the items myself. I rejected all of those options telling them I don't want 7 ill fitting suits, or to pay for more, and I certainly don't want to hassle with reselling them. Yesterday they said they would refund $20, but mind you they taken $166.82 of my money. I will never again order from Beachsissi or order from an unknown company without doing more research. I am currently researching what options exist for recourse with the Federal Trade Commission.

Hope you like your purchase, because if not, here are your options:

A) Exchange for New Item: we resend you a new item with 50% off price instead of return. (Most customers choose this)

B) Fast Partial Refund: You don't need to return. We can refund USD$3 for each return item. This way can save your much effort and time.

C) Return for full refund: Please mail them out within 7 days and offer the valid returning tracking number.

Note C is to CHINA, on your dime.

This company says they care about customer satisfaction and returns are accepted. This is a complete lie! I contacted them to return items and they offered me 10% of the original value ($3 per item) or to buy a new item with 50% discount. I pushed to return and they told me I would have to ship to China, and if the item was lost, I would get nothing back, and it would take a long time to resolve. Not a good company and the bathing suits are not cut the way they look in the pictures so it's hard to know what you will receive.

Do not buy from Beachsissi.
I ordered two swimsuits and they took FOREVER to arrive, My beach holiday was long over by the time they eventually arrived. I emailed the company MANY times to ask for a return address and a refund, I keep getting what appear to be bot-generated replies. No-one is helping me.
This must be a scam company or at the very least a dropship company.
Customer service is appalling, and service including shipping is also awful. Avoid at all costs!

I had read very poor reviews, after making a purchase (I know you should read this ahead of time!) I was so horrified by the reviews that I tried to cancel my order. However, I was told the order had already shipped out and thus was too late. My biggest concern was that the sizes would be much too small and not fit. I ordered mediums and after reading the reviews about how everything was from China and not true to western sizes, I assumed the worst. That all being said, I have received my order (it did take around 2.5-3 weeks) and I am very pleased with them. They fit perfectly and the quality is fine- not amazing, but as expected (you get what you pay for). The two dresses I bought look exactly like the picture and the swimsuit as well. I would order from them again. Again if you want luxury, this is not that. But if you want cute clothes for a decent price and can wait a few weeks, beachsissi fits the bill.
