Beachsissi agreed via email to give full refund upon receiving the returned items. I shipped it back to China at my own cost but they refused to clear customs on their end saying it is not their responsibility. Hence if it does not appear on their doorstep they will not refund. If they had stated that clearly from the start, I would not have wasted money shipping back to them.
My advice to anyone - spend your money where you can get proper customer service and where return policy is honoured.

I Purchased a bathing suit back in August 2020 from beachsissy. I received the bathing suit and it was too small. I returned it in the same envelope that they sent me. Now they can't refund me because they can't find it and they said that the address on the envelope was not valid... so why do you send out a product with the return address not being valid. Then they told me even if they found it, they could only give me half of the credit? Wth never heard of such a thing. Will never order from them again.

Purchasing a swimsuit on-line should allow for an easy return process for swimsuits that do not fit. My experience with Beach Sissi has been a joke! In the end, I was just ignored and my return was never processed for return. My options:
1) pay for shipping back to china but they wouldn't provide me with an address to begin this process
2) obtain a $5 credit per item which was never provided

After many emails back and forth, I have opted to NEVER order from here again and to warn others to consider avoiding this company as well!

This company is shameful. They scammed my 45$, the dress I got was the WORST quality I've ever received, I tried to ask for a return label and they told me they couldn't afford one. Then they tell me there's a risk of return meaning I MAY NOT get my money back. That's absolute crap. I'm recommending EVERYONE to stay away from this company. It's by far the worst service and quality I've EVER received. What a complete waste of money. You might as well take your money and just throw it right in the garbage, that's what buying from beachsisi reminded me of. I promise you

Like everyone else it took about a month to receive. I failed to read the reviews ahead of time. Swim items ran small, sweater shirt was thin and poor quality. I reached to return items the do not honor their return policy unless you ship it back to Shanghai China. The offered to send me 3 items in a different size at 1/2, and I could keep my items that I've already received. Did not offer to refund my money. The return policy in the website is different when they email you. It says nothing on the website about where you would be shipping your items back to. And if your items get stuck in customs you will not get a refund until they get their items back. It will cost you what you paid for to return the items.

The quality of the swimsuits is okay. The rest of the clothing is not great- the fabric was very thin and felt cheap. They make it seem like returns are easy but they are not. They are telling me that the warehouse is in China and I would have to pay a crazy amount for shipping to return. They won't refund my money or give me an address to return to, instead they just keep saying they'll send a free item. I will not order from here again and want to strongly caution people about ordering from here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought this, and several other items, which all ended up being too big for me, even though it should have been the correct size. I reached out to them to exchange it the day I received it, well within their 15 day return policy. Instead, they offered to send me the smaller size, but I would have to pay 50% of the cost. I did not want to pay more, as I already spent over $150 and I didn't need the ones I received as they were too large, so I asked for a refund again. They told me to ship it back to them, which I had to pay about $40, which I did. I sent them the tracking number, as they requested, but they still would not refund me, "until they received the product back". I shipped it on June 16,2020, and it is now September 22,2020, and the tracking has been showing that it has been stuck in customs in China since August 6th. USPS said to ask them to check with their customs to see what the delay is, but they refused. We were told it should not be held in customs longer than 1 month, but here we are, a month and a half later, and it is still stuck in customs, and still no refund. I reached out again to let them know, but they refuse to help. Buyer beware! If you don't care about losing your money, then feel free to buy from this company. I would give zero stars if possible.
