First of all the product was not as advertised. Second they made returning a product impossible. Service was terrible. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS RETAILER!

I'm as skeptical as the next person and thought I'd never see any product let alone good product. Well was I totally wrong! The togs I ordered turned up when they said they would, and they are PERFECT! And that's not a word I use often. Love my purchase. Will definitely buy from them again!

The shipment was super fast! The quality of bikinis is much higher than I expected, so I recommend buying them! I advise you to make a prior choice, it's a superior attention to sizes

If you have a return, you have to mail it to CHINA! Which is very expensive. No customer support!

Have to pay to return items to China at the postal rate far above the cost of the item the consumer is returning. Financial loss to the consumer.

The bikinis I got from beachsissi company are truely gorgeous. There are lots of bikini models on their site and there are all wonderful. I didn't really know what to choose but in the end I chose these two models with great difficulty. As soon as I opened the package they had sent me, I immediately got in love with them and I soon tried them on. Besides being very beautiful and of good quality, they adhere perfectly to the body and are very comfortable as well. This is a cute bathing suit, and I ordered my regular size, small. The suit was so small I couldn't begin to get into it. To return, I would have to pay shipping to China, something like $50! They offered $1 instead because I wasn't satisfied. Off to the thrift store it goes.

The suit was of reasonable quality and arrived quickly to Canada with the expedited shipping option but did not fit. As others have noted here there is really no viable return option since shipping costs to China are exorbitant. You can opt to keep the item and get a $3 payment or roll the dice again and buy a new one at half price. So if you buy you have to consider it a gamble and be prepared to lose your investment if the suit does not work out. These Chinese vendors are very skilled at making their websites and advertising look locally based but the company is actually in Shanghai so shipping is the issue. They also operate under different names so beware of that.

Before purchasing do your research on company. Company is located in China so you can't return easily if want a refund. Also, customer is responsible for shipping fees. Im stuck with bathing suits that dont fit because UPS said they are not shipping to China due to
Covid and it will cost me about $80 to return. I paid for expedited shipping and they refuse to refund my shipping fees even though I didn't get items by promised dates.

Just to warn others thinking they can do a straight return if their item doesn't work out. I emailed the company wanting to return 4 items that didn't fit right and had very little nipple padding. The response I received was "We are glad to accept return. It's just return is a little inconvenient. We have an advice for this problem: we resend you 4 new items with half price or 1 new item for free. For the received items, you can keep it. Is it OK? Contact us if you need help, we will offer you feedback ASAP." When I contacted them again to proceed with return instructions, I learned I would have to ship the items back to Shanghai, China (no return label offered) which would cost me over $100.00. Always check the company's return policy, or this could happen to you.
