Their return policy online seems legit…. Until you have to send something back. You have to email them (no phone number) and their first response was that I buy replacement items at 50% off. Um no, I want my refund. Then they provide you with the return address - which is in China! Definitely NOT spending the $ for that. What a scam!

The swimsuit I bought was great, but the size didn't work for me. I wanted to exchange it, but in order to exchange you have to pay for a new suit. They give you 50% off, but you still have to pay for it. If you want to return it, you have to send it, at your expense to China!
Will not refund due to lost express package and they just ignore when I ask! DO NOT ORDER HERE
They just say sorry wish all packages could come sooner, when I've asked to be refunded 3 times via email. My item has been lost for weeks!
Me decidí por estos bikinis, porque eran diferentes y originales. Y la verdad es que ha sido todo un acierto. Se ajustan perfectamente al cuerpo, sus colores son vivos y la calidad es buenísima. Volvería a comprar sin duda.
The bathing suit I received did not look at all like the one in the picture when I ordered it. I ordered one that had runches in the front. The one I received had runches in the front and back, and an exaggerated amount of them. The suit looked ridiculous on. The length was also way off. I am average, 5'6" and the length of this bathing suit would better fit a giraffe. When I contacted them about these issues they simply emailed me back a copy of the same deceiving picture of the bathing suit they had on their website telling me that I had received the same bathing suit when, in fact, the bathing suit I received looked nothing like the one in the picture. Please don't waste your money and time by purchasing on this website.
I never write reviews but feel compelled to do so in this case. I bought 3 bathing suits; 1 fit the other 2 did not. They communicate via text messages. This is a foreign company and they do NOT honor their return policy. They tell you to email customer service and no one gets back to you. Fortunately I am a loyal Amex customer and could dispute the charge. Complete scam artists. Buyer beware!

I took two dresses, they look amazing. They fits so well, they are soft and from good materials. Beautiful, classy and true sizes. I can absolutely recommend.
Sizing is way off and if you ask to return they try to talk you out of it (but our stuff is cute), tell you how to sell it online instead of returning, then straight out offer you pennies or a half off item instead of returning. I returned my order to them in China (I spent $40) and they let it sit in customs unclaimed until it was sent back to me. Good luck every getting your money back with this company.
So happy to have used their fantastic costumes. The quality is excellent. Next year, I will also buy others! I love them.
I love beachsissi costumes, there are costumes of all kinds and patterns. They are beautifully made and look great when worn.
I re-read the return policy on the website multiple times knowing that I was ordering several swimsuits with the plan to return one or two I didn't like. I placed my order & received my shipment, to find that none of the suits I ordered fit me. I contacted customer service to request a return & was given the run around, multiple options such as: they'd send me one free suit, I could get $3 back per suit without returning, etc. I pushed to request a full return, and was told, "ok, but it's very inconvenient". And inconvenient is right! Although the suits ship from the US and there's a US flag in the top corner of the website, the returns must go to CHINA. The price through any carrier to ship to china, even a 3lb box is anywhere from $80-170, more than the stupid suits. So, I am pretty much out my money as it's near the end of summer & not ideal time to re-sell swimsuits. I'm hoping to save people the expensive mistake that ordering from Beachsissi was for me!
The tankini was too big and even if it had fitted did not have enought underwiring support for such a big tankini top. They suggest all manner of alternatives to get out of refunding and then you realise that to get a full refund you have to return it to China. Don't be fooled, dont waste your money
I had read the reviews and was skeptical about the amount of time it would take to ship and the quality. However, I was sent tracking info within the week and I received the clothing the next week. I ordered dresses and they were good quality and looked great.
