After 3 weeks of placing an order with this company I still haven't received my order. Several, I mean several, attempts to find out where my order is through customer service has gone unacknowledged and unanswered. Save yourself time and money, don't order from this company!

I absolutely love these swimsuits! The fit is so perfect and these swimsuits are the most comfortable I have ever purchased. The fabric is very high quality and has excellent coverage, not see-through at all. I super recommend these products! Love them!

I ordered 4 items from Beachsissi, but my order got lost in the mail. They kindly offered to send my full order again ($91 worth of bikinis) for $30, which I thought was very reasonable. Celia from customer service was very kind and helpful, made sure that I was up to date and happy with the brand. I received the order quicker than predicted and all items were stunning. They look exactly like on the website and the sizing was on point. Really good quality bikinis, thick material (so not see through) and really good value for money. Could not recommend enough! 5 star all the way.

I loved all the beachsissi bikinis! I love the fact that they are adaptable to all bodies and are of excellent quality! They were undoubtedly my favorites this summer In addition, delivery was very fast and everything arrived just fine. I will definitely buy at beachsissi again!

These bikinis are very comfortable, and they are of very good quality and fit and so comfortable. I love it!

I paid for two day shipping and received it 2 1/2 weeks later. The product was very cheap and chintzy and I wanted to return it since I missed the event too. When questioning the return my options we're unacceptable. They offer a $3 dollar return on a $60 dress or pay for full shipping back to China! Not okay! I'm disputing this on my Visa and will not pay for this SCAM!

Beautiful Dress and great quality. However I used the sizing table provided on their site and the dress did not meet the sizing from the table. Dress is way too small. I spent 40.99 and seller offered $3.00 refund. This is a ridiculous offer being they posted incorrect sizing.

I received a defective swimsuit and after viewing photos seller agreed it was defective. I was offered A. Purchase a new swimsuit at 50% off, B. Receive 5 dollars compensation or C. Return to mainland China at my expense for a full refund.
I can understand it I didnt like the swim suit but this was defective merchandise - save the hassle and stay far away from this poor quality merchandise with even worse customer service

Shipping is taking too long. I sent few messages requesting day of delivery but i never got a reply. Its been two weeks I am still waiting for the bathing suit. My vacation is next week. I am very disappointed. Never again I will buy.
