Bought a set of tires through BB Wheels, had them shipped directly to my installer. This part was fine and completed in a timely manner. However, one of the tires would not balance a $1600.00 set of four. BB would not replace the bad tire.
Good luck, Buy from a local tire dealer that stands behind the products they sell.

I have purchased over 10 sets of wheels or tires from these guys in the past. First time I have an issue they ignore the problem. I have send my wheels to the manufacturer. BB wheels does not assist in anything or try to assist in replacements or the mount and balance or shipping. Never deal with BB wheels if expect quality service.

I made contact with Nolan at BB Wheels to replace the tires on my Kawasaki Mule, liking the Carlisle Workmates, but not sure about fit. Nolan responded quickly and assured me these would do the trick.
Got them mounted today and they look fantastic, will test them out next week.

Shipping was fast! They called to double check my wheel size since the rims I ordered weren't standard to the make and model. (They will check) Tps sensors were pre programmed. The hub rings and lugs fit. No mistakes. Would do business with them again.

Ordered wheels, tires and lug nuts for my car. Recieved them quickly but they sent they wrong size lug nuts. After having to send them pics of the lug nut box, they sent out the correct ones. Test fitted the wheels, they fit good but the front center caps werent tall enough to clear my hubs. When I sent pics about it, they just offered to sell me the right caps. They failed TWICE on one order. I'll spend my money elsewhere next time.

Company denied that their wheels were damaged, sent them pics as soon as i received the wheels, showing them still in the box, and they claimed that they were not clear enough, taken by a New samsung galaxy phone with 4k quality. I then sent new pics again, and because i needed to use the wheel, they denied my claim stating that it void since i have had them installed. Trash of a company, do not order from here. Pics i sent day after delivery are posted as well.

Never buying wheels from this company again. Went up and down with customer service with a solution with the wheels. They kept giving me the same answer. We can't do anything about the wheels even though they said they would fit. And I have warranty on these wheels to top it all off. 1600 bucks down the drain. Strongly recommend NOT to buy from this company.
