I ordered two bags of Honest Kitchen treats and they were hard as bricks and the expiration date was 5 days away from delivery. This tells me they do not rotate stock and the storage for said treats is very poor. Do not recommend ordering from Baxter Boo

I bought an item in 2016 (doggles) had to return them for some reason (did an insured return) and was emailed a gift certificate, without an expiration date. At some point a couple years ago found the paperwork and tried to order something, but my signon was no longer valid. Put the paperwork away and then this week came across it again. Had timme to actually call and explain that I couldn't sign in. The gal on the phone (Meli) was nice she finally found me once I gave her the gift certifcate # and then she could find my email etc. Long story short her mgr Elaine says that they can no longer honor it bacause it has been inactivated. I don't think this is right, thry refuse to refund me, force me to take a gift certificate and then when I finally want to use they say its no good. If they are going to expire you should put a date on them, then maybe I would have done something about it the last time I came across the paperwork. They wanted to offer me 20% off a purchsase, but why would I even want to shop with them again. No Thanks, rather just use Amazon

I placed my first order with this wonderful website. It was easy to shop on. The best part is what I purchased was a savings of 9.00 over Chewy. Their packaging was great and it arrived very fast.

I was turned on to this company via my pet friend, and I wish I had known about them sooner.

Wow! Their customer service is stellar, their product selection is out of this world and the quality is outstanding!

Waited over 3 weeks for rx dog food. They just entered into an agreement with some sort of distribution company. Baxter boo has no idea how it works. Conflicting messages from everyone. I feel bad for the customer service people on the phone, cuz I believe they are not well trained, or told what is going on. The manager Alex does not want to be disturbed and is not responsive to request for information. I was sent two requests to complete reviews for the company before I had ever gotten the product. I ended up just canceling the order out of abject frustration. I do not recommend them in the least.

I used their guide to measure my dog before I hit the purchase button and it was still way too big. It took quite a while to get here too. Almost three weeks. I'm fairly forgiving on this since Covid has put a wrench in many areas of shipping. But the long wait combined with the poor customer service. Leaves me feeling frustrated.
My husband accidentally threw away the tag, but I have the original bag it came in. I was told no return OR exchange. PERIOD. Without the tag. The coat has not been worn by my dog (only to try it on) I don't want my money back. I simply want a coat that fits my pup. I ultimately decided to buy a dog coat from LLBEAN. Same price. And they have an excellent return policy.
Also, the coat itself (from BaxterBoo) was ok. Quality was middle of the road, but the color of the coat in person looked nothing like the color online.

It seems that each item has a different size chart but that is because Baxter Boo carries different brands and each brand has their own sizing. So people need to measure carefully before ordering. I've been purchasing from Baxter Boo for over 7 years now and I can honestly say that I have never had a negative interaction with customer service. They answer the phone in a reasonable time and are helpful. On the down side, I think their shipping costs are too high! Otherwise, I'm a happy Baxter Boo shopper. Almost forgot…the clothes for dogs are made of quality materials. They will last forever unless you have a dog that likes to tear up clothes.

Here is my review Baxter Boo asked me for regarding a product bought. The said they would not publish unless I changed it. I could change it to say to date I have not received any credit or refund.

Don't trust size charts
Had to return for only a credit. I measured my dog per the guidelines on the product page, double checked it. Even ordered up a size because he was borderline. Shirt came and was so was so small it wouldn't go over dog's head. There was a tag on shirt with a completely different size chart then given on product page. Would only let me return for credit. Watch out for false sizing/advertising!

One of the few places I can order Phytomaxx CBD oil for my cat! This is the best CBD oil on the market for both dogs & cats! BaxterBoo has never disappointed me!

I received my order and found all items were wrong because of MY error. After reading some of the negative reviews I got nervous about my return but nothing written was true of my experience.
I sent the items back, with tags and within the time frame set forth by them. My return was processed in a timely manner and with no hassle.
BTW, I found the prices and selections more than reasonable and the quality was great. Next time I won't use harness measurements to order a collar!

Warning do not buy from this company they have many bad reviews from better business bureau and this site they are advertising 20% off and free shipping. They only offer free shipping if you buy 49.00 off of product. Also 20% off is no where to be found. I DONT buy from this store anymore.

Guy named Alex says he is the top dog and then transfers you to "manager" Josh who never returns voicemails. I wished I had seen these reviews because the same happened to me. The order doesn't arrive until the 14 days are passed and then you never get your refund. Extremely rude on the phone (Alex), so I will never give another dollar to this company and let all my friends know as well. (20k followers on Instagram) Give them credit they got the name right Baxter Boo as in no good.

I bought a coat for my dog (Shih Tzu) Saturday I got it and the measurements they gave were 4" smaller than the actual measurements so the coat was way to big. I called and Alex had me email pictures with a measuring tape to show the coat was 24" chest and not 20" that they said it was. Alex told me to call Monday when the manager would be in, I did and Alex said to call Tuesday that the manager wasn't in. So I called Tuesday for about an hour and they would not answer the phone. I emailed and asked why they wouldn't answer my calls they emailed back to say they were busy with other customers and they would get back to me which they never did so I emailed again an hour later and they said they would email me a return label. I won't send it back because I don't trust them to refund me. Don't trust this place you will be sorry. Look online and you'll find they are overpriced also.

Beware of this company!

I have ordered 3 different items in attempts to get a shirt that fit for a costume. 1 of them I ordered with out assistance. I indeed measured my dog, but, item had to be cut off him with scissors. I contacted customer service, giving them the measurements. He recommended 2 other tops to try in my dogs "size" (ha!) Not even close.

The return policy is 14 days after order is placed, not when order arrives. It takes 2 weeks to arrive. I guess this is their way of not having to be responsible. Sure, I could have paid return shipping and gotten a store credit, but, clearly the sizes are not even close to being accurate, and I'd have to pay shipping (again) to get new items to me. Lesson learned.

Bottom line, their sizing is not even close to being accurate, their customer service is a scam. Beware of this company. This company is why people order from Amazon.

My experience with BaxterBoo has been great. I ordered one size 22 Highline Fleece coats for dogs last year, measured as the site instructs, and the product was a perfect fit for my bulldog/boxer mix. The quality and look was perfect. Much better than anything in the stores both price and quality wise.
This year I ordered the same product, Highline Fleece, for my other three dogs and the fleece were again perfect fits. My dogs love them. This product was just what I was looking for to keep my dogs warm inside the house. They are inside dogs, of course, and this fleece is just right. I can't speak to customer service as I have not had to return anything. The price is perfect and the discounts given make the whole experience great for me.

Items look so cute but the quality when it arrives is not there. I buy so many dog clothes from Amazon, Chuey, Petco and Petsmart as well as Etsy boutiques. I know how to measure a dog and these items listed measurements that are not accurate.
Worst customer service ever. There is one guy that answers the phone each time and has the worst phone personality. I had a problem ordering as their website kept rejecting my order and giving me error codes. I had to do my order over and over and Mr. No customer service would just say sorry our system says the security code is wrong. I actually got my bank on the phone and they verified it was his company rejecting the sale and my card was perfect. They offered to speak to him and he had no interest. I should have walked away then, but silly me used another card and did the order again with no help from him.
Then the order arrives and items did not fit and not even close to stated measurements. I get the same guy and this time he said they would measure the dresses when I sent them back and decide if they didn't fit. How shady. He then mumbled stuff about the sizing doesn't really have to fit to be accurate. Seriously. If you have a 23" waist and the pant says 23" waist it needs to fit. There isn't excuses. I would never buy from them again. There are so many options out there I would advise that you stick with a customer friendly company.
