Great selection, educational website, good prices and reasonable delivery options. Clock was delivered on time, however the door of the cuckoo had a small crack. Will be working with customer service to hopefully remedy.

Clock arrived very quickly. I gave to my dad as a thank you gift. It was packaged in a small box, with individual pieces wrapped separately so they were not damaged. Great workmanship, exact size I was looking for!
Yours is the first and only website I visited. I feel no need to shop further. I came here knowing absolutely nothing about cuckoo clocks, except that I was fascinated as a child with the one in my Grandmother's kitchen. You provide so much helpful information which makes me feel confident in my purchase from your company. I like knowing you are available and willing to help after my purchase, should I have any questions or issues. This is a gift to my husband (we are both of German heritage) for our 5th wedding anniversary (wood being the traditional gift) and I know he is going to love it.

My clock was very well packaged and in excellent condition when it arrived. I found the information I needed online, but a small sheet with set up and adjustment instructions would have been nice. I suppose getting them in so many different languages might be a bit of a challenge.

Beautiful full color pictures to help me decide...wish there were more reviews though. It has been a while since I was in Germany and purchased cuckoo clocks...the new prices scared me, but a handcrafted clock is still a work of art and beautiful. One has to carefully study each clock to make sure you buy what you really want. I am so very pleased with my clock and the clockmaker I chose. A real joy to look at and listen to. Glad that I made the purchase.

Once I received my clock. The Cuckoo bird door did not open. I called the customer service and in a matter of minutes we had it working. He stay on the line and walked me through a few steps to insure the clock worked properly.
