Everything about this experience was wonderful. Charlie's guidance and expertise were perfect. The delivery of my clock was so fast and the clock itself is beyond beautiful. I am proud to own an Adolf Herr clock his craftsmanship is outstanding.

Overall excellent. The initial clock was received with some factory damage. I immediately reached out to the company who put me in touch with Bob Ellis. He followed up closely with email and by phone and resolved the problem expeditiously. The new clock has been received and is beautiful.

I looked on Ebay and Amazon and am very impressed. With this site. I have always wanted a original coo coo clock and recently my friend went to Germany and bought one. She told me of this site. It was hard to choose on my budget but, know I made the right choice. Have not taken the clock out of the box yet but, from what I see it is Beautiful. Very Pleased!

Easy to manage website
The customer service was excellent! Bob called me about a small problem with the order, and he made sure the problem was solved before we hung up the phone. It was refreshing to know that there is still a company out there that will personally call a customer if needed. That makes a difference! I will definitely recommend this company to others! My dad passes away a couple of months ago and the clock I ordered was almost exactly like the one he bought when he met my mom in Germany 35 years ago. This was a Mother's Day gift for my mom and she cried when I gave it to her because of the memories she had from when her and my dad bought one. Thank you for the amazing craftsmanship

Nice looking clocks. Dad brought a similar one back from Germany in the 1960's. I like this better than battery or electric clocks. I chose this one because is not a 'themed' one, but a simple clock! I do not mind having to wind it every few days.

My order was delivered very quickly. The company contacted me by phone to confirm delivery. The clock that I purchased is very high quality and should bring many years of cuckoo clock enjoyment. If I ever need to purchase another clock, I would buy one from Bavarian Clockworks.

Thank you, love the clock, it is a memory of a previous clock we had that broke due to mishandling during a home move. The only issue is getting it to keep time correctly, the factory setting for the pendulum was not correct, way too fast. Still tuning the setting after 3 days, getting close.

Hard to choose from the large variety. My wife family is from Stuttgart so the closet we can get to Germany right now is this. The only thing I'd consider adding is videos of the clocks in action.other than that fast delivery to the US, very easy check out, website very easy to navigate, etc.

So far everything is great! I received my beautiful clock in three business days! Better than Amazon! Absoloutely love my clock. Thank you Bavarian Clock Works for fulfilling an over 40 year old dream of owning my own Cuckoo Clock.

Lovely website, beautiful clocks. I chose the hunter clock with gorgeous deer and 2 squirrels by Adolf Herr and I love this clock! Bavarian Clock Works worked with me on crazy shipping demands and they did a wonderful job of getting me my clock in the very outbacks of hidden mountains.
