Great service, help when I messed up the clock. Friendly answers. One small hiccup with shipping, but it turned out alright in the end (they shipped too fast. Not a problem most of the time). I am happy with the quality of the product and service from this company. Unfortunately it's such a niche product -- I would be happy to do business with them again.

As with all cuckoo clock sites, the "size" is a bit confusing still. Please add an extra product photo with a meter stick/yard stick in the photo. Maybe against the wall to which the clock is mounted. The 12" clock must be amazingly tiny.
Also, it seemed like my order was stalled and I had to call in to get it moving. Sat for more than a week with no real status.
The customer service at this company is absolutely outstanding. They called and emailed multiple times, explaining the delivery delay and keeping me updated. They definitely care about their customers. Great experience!
Our clock was beautiful, however 3 pieces were broken off the clock when it arrived. We had to attach them again. We were able to do so without much trouble but perhaps it should have been better packed for shipping.

The clock does have a little flaw in the wood trim where it meets the chalet roof. It is hard to notice and I'll probably put a small bead of glue so the veneer doesn't fall off. Beautiful clock!
Very informational, I also enjoyed watching YouTube videos of the various clocks I was interested in. Made it easier to choose the right one for me! I am thrilled with the cuckoo clock I ordered. I had bought one almost 40 years ago when visiting Switzerland - it stopped working and having one to replace (and improve) the original is so wonderful!
I grew up with a similar clock my Uncle brought back as a gift to my father when he returned from WWII where he served in Germany. It is remarkable, very similar to the one my parents had only nicer. Just beautiful, handcrafted.
Great selection, prices, and website. The quality of the clock is as good as or better than our 30+ year old clock. The feature to turn off the chime when guests are at our house was a pleasant suprise. We have another heirloom clock, highly satisfied.

Anxious to receive the cuckoo clock. It will be replacing a cuckoo clock I brought back from Germany in 1970. It will have a lot to live up to.
Update: Received the clock sooner than expected. Packaging was excellent and clock arrived in excellent condition. Instructions for unpacking, assembly and setup were very good. The cuckoo clock worked as soon as the weights were placed on their hooks and the pendulum was set in motion. It continues to keep time non-stop since I started it nearly 4 days ago. I am very satisfied with my choice and purchase.
Sorry I didn't back to you sooner, was out of town. I received my cuckoo clock and it was packaged so carefully, and was easy to put together. When looking for a new clock I watched the video on making these clocks and all the care that goes into making them. This is what sold me on buying from your company.
This is not my first cuckoo clock so I knew how to set it up and adjust the leaf on the pendulum. It is keeping perfect time. Love this clock and would recommend your company to my friends. Thanks so much.
We are very happy with our clock, it is beautiful and was easy to assemble. When we e-mailed you for information we received an answer quickly. We would highly recommend your company. Also you video directions are excellent.
Had problem with lower train not turning but got that resolved. Only problem i have now is the cuckoo call for the correct hour. I will be getting with Robert Ellis about this problem. Other than those few problems, I love the clock and the way it sounds.
Great service, Quick response to questions, easy to deal with. Bob was easily able to determine the type of clock we wanted making recommendations and ultimately it was the one we purchased. The clock was carefully packed and arrive quickly. The certificate of authenticity was included together with instructions for an easy set up. The only problem I had was viewing the CD that was included as it was not compatible with any of my DVD players, even though they are all of current vintage. Written instructions were easy to follow. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends or if I were in the market to purchase from them again.

It was very easy to select a clock and place the order, and I was surprised by how quickly I received it. The clock was exactly what I expected and more... it's beautiful.
Only constructive feedback that I can provide is that they may want to consider some additional packing methods (like peanuts or bubble wrap) in addition to the foam packing support. UPS rough handling dislodged some small pieces. Fortunately, they were easy to glue back.
Installation was very simple, and everything just worked out of the box.
