I have placed 2 orders and both orders have been perfect. They arrived well packaged and on time as promised. I have already referred your website to others. Hope they get the same results I did.
Battery arrived earlier than promised & well packaged. However, only one tool was includdd whereas a pair had been illustrated/described in the on-line catalogue.
Returned wrong battery. Ordered and recieved correct battery several days ago, but as yet have not recieved a refund for returned battery?
