Appears to be legitimate but don't appear to have a well-defined return policy. It's not posted on their website nor is there a link to it that I could discover.

I went with this company when I was looking for replacement batteries for a cordless home phone and they were able to provide them at a reasonable cost and within a reasonable time. Liked that they are a Canadian company. So, when my cell phone battery needed replacing, I went back to them. This time however I needed to return the product as I had since ordering decided to replace the phone. This is when I ran into the lack of or difficulty obtaining their return policy. Requested return instructions at least 3 times by email but have yet to receive any information on their policy. My fault for not doing my due diligence before I ordered.
