This order was delivered promptly, however the battery sent was for the unit base and not for the handset of the GE phone as ordered. This was sent back and the correct battery delivered promptly as well - all is OK now!
I ordered replacements for both a laptop and a tablet. The laptop battery works fine but the tablet battery is clearly a substitute (slightly smaller physically but plug compatible - but the number does correspond to the web-site). The problem is that the bios complains about it (shows first a red band then a charging green one when I press the power button momentarily). This is probably why I can't get the tablet to boot up anymore. It goes through the expected screens for about 20 seconds then quits. I have tried to fix this problem by replacing the software but no luck yet. I should point out that the battery is charged as the tablet runs the boot loader for hours.
Glad to know someone actually has batteries to fit my Uniden phones which are at least 15 years old and still work perfectly Batteries work too!
Product was easy to lookup, and was perfect fit and function. Price was about 50 percent of other web sites. Freigt was reasonable as it was shipped from Canada.

No scrolling through countless battery descriptions trying to see if your brand and model are listed. I wouldn't have known to measure my battery terminals to see if they were 1/4 or 3/8 inches if not for the options presented.

They carried a rare battery that I could NOT find in any local store and at a very reasonable price. They called me because they are located in my city and I was able to pick up the battery and then they reversed the delivery charge. The reversal was on my next credit card bill. Thanks so much for being a caring company. That is something you just do not find very often in this day and age. I will reorder any battery needs from this company from here on in!

Ordered the Blackberry battery in the morning and received it in the afternoon the next day. Very impressed with this service. It came with a tool kit to aid with installation but with no instructions. After much frustration in trying to determine how to install it, I took the new battery and my Blackberry to a Cell Phone repair centre and had them install it for $$67. The Cell Phone repair centre did say it was quite difficult to install. Therefore, I can only give them 5 stars on the ordering and delivery but not for the overall experience.

However this requirement for at least 100 characters is a pain
After 2 day days of charge and discharge cycles the battery still will not hold a charge longer than 20 hours. I will try an additional 2 days but I do believe the battery is substandard.
