I am updating my previous review of this product based on the fact that when I posted my original review the seller immediately reached out to me and refunded my money without my asking. I was amazed at that kind of customer service. I thought I was getting completely scammed by this company but apparently they are concerned enough about their customers (and product) that they refunded my money and said they would take my concerns about their product to "the powers that be." At least they care enough to do that. Most places don't care at all, but they do, so kudos to them for that.

I got this product and it said that it was rechargeable...well, it wasn't. It took 2 AA batteries and lasted for 15 minutes. I put my new ones in and still 15 minutes and it was straining to keep going...Ugh.
I will ask for a full refund and never buy this again.
So sorry to leave a negative review, I sure wish it was in good standing and rating.

I placed two orders in sequence. They were given different order numbers but same tracking umber. When items received they were both packed together. Also tracking not correct. Package delivered Monday 18 July but initial notice said it had been delivered Thursday 15th July but it had not been delivered.

I don't know anything yet I bought it for mother who is 80 and has 2 dogs thay love to bark just to bark and will 9nly stop if my mom gets up and gives them a treat thereby rewarding g them for bad behavior I'm hoping it will tra8n her ad well as the dogs

I only had to use it twice to stop my miniature Australian shepherd from going crazy when people entered her space. Now I just have to pick up the device and she stops. The only downside is that she is afraid of me and slinks off when I pick up the device.

We were having problems with the dogs barking at everything and everyone. We could not talk to people outside if they came up to the fence. Now we can talk with our neighbors without them barking. Even the neighbors are amazed. We also have dogs that roam the neighborhood that come up to the gate and they no longer come up to the gate thanks to BarxBuddy. I don't even have to use the high pitch button just the light most times.

So far when using the barxbuddy it just makes my dog bark more. I will continue to use it to see if anything changes. As i continue to work with it, I will update review if it starts to work. Fingers crossed.

You need to be consistent but this thing does work. It took a very long time to get and I had to call them a few times but I finally got it. When I first got it and was going to test it, both my dogs were fighting. I hit them both with the light and they immediately stopped and looked up at me. I didn't hear a thing but the nice thing about it is that it did not hurt my dogs. I have tried several bark collars that would go off when the dog wasn't barking. Although I was only using a vibrational setting, I still didn't like it if it went off if he hadn't barked. I will need to spend more time to use when he is barking but I truly believe this will work long term. I believe I purchased this off Facebook while viewing one day but it was a while ago. Also I checked them out on the internet to verify it was a real business. Thanks.

I'm happy with the price and the delivery. However I'm very unhappy with the product. My dogs now bark more when I use it except now they bark even more but at the Barxbuddy. It's the flashing lights and Lazer pointer beam that they bark at. I'm not even sure the high pitch frequency is even working cause they immediately bark at the lights.

Our dogs, both Bella and Harry do very well with responding to BarxBuddy! We use our voice command at the same time as pressing the button and am very pleased with the response. I tried it on a new puppy ( 6months old) at my daughter's house and that puppy did not pay attention to it. But my dogs do and for that, I am thankful.

When I purchased Barxbuddy I believed that I saw that there are tutorial videos on the website, but I have not been able to find them. Am I correct? Are there tutorials available? Where do I find them?

Barxbuddy was delivered by the USPS. The package was partially opened and there was only one Barxbuddy in the package. I immediately went to the local post office and they had the other Barksbuddy. They said that they had had several packages delivered in that condition. I have just started using the Barksbuddy, so I don't know how well it works yet. It seems to be affecting my dog a little when he starts barking aggressively. I'm hoping that with more use, I will see improvement in his barking.

I bought the BarxBuddy for my nephew's year old Aussie/Border Collie mix. They gave him the BarxBuddy before they came over to my sister's for dinner. When they got home, they sent me a picture of what was left of the BarxBuddy. It was destroyed.

Best purchase we ever made for our dog. He barked at everyone and everything. As soon as he starts to bark one pulse from the barxbuddy and he instantly stops. It also works when he starts to playfully and abit aggressivally chew on my hands. Great product wish we had one when he was a puppy he is now one year old.

After testing this on both many dogs and the neighbour's dog, with no response from any of them, I had the device tested on an ultrasonic detector. It does not produce ANY sound frequencies at all. It does produce a VERY dangerous laser pointer which can blind your dog if you shine it on their eyes. Given you point the device at the animal to use it, this means there is a high probability of hurting your dog. As far as scams go, it is very efficient though. Selling a product that is very clearly identified as "not audible to humans" and adding some flashy lights and a laser pointer makes people think they are getting a product that is working. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.

I mis-ordered and I sent an email to the BarxBuddy website. Based on the reviews from others, I expected that I may not get to return the unwanted items. But talk about a quick response and terrific customer service, I was told to carefully open the package when delivered, remove the one item I wanted (BarxBuddy remote), reseal the package and refuse it and return it. And they had already credited my credit card account in good faith that I would follow through. Can not recall a similar situation where a credit was issued BEFORE the products were returned. Not sure why others had issues, but clearly I did not. Hopefully the device will quiet my Jack Russell Terriorist!

This does not work, it only made our dog bark more as we used it. We have been trying to contact support to return the product for 3 weeks now with NO RESPONSE. They ignore all emails sent, I suspect to avoid having to return our money. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, IT IS JUNK. Unless you are looking for an expensive flashlight.

The Barxbuddy arrived, I took the wrapping off of the battery, reinstalled the battery, and when my dogs started barking I said, "No Barking!". I pushed the button and there was immediate silence. I was stunned! It really works fast. We have had the Barxbuddy about a week and there is an amazing difference. Do not hesitate if a barking dog is your headache. We love it!

Saw BarxBuddy on Instagram. I have a mini dachshund that barks at anything. I have used arxBuddy a couple of times, and so far, he stops looks at me and once he's quiet I give him a treat. So far so good

I have a mini schnauzer which is very vocal and a toy Shih tzu, it did not work on them, I was very disappointed as I wanted it for when we go camping.
