Okay so far but a little confused about 50% discount since I haven't seen the invoice. This is to be a Christmas gift and so I don't know how it will work yet. The plastic "box" that it was shipped in was bent so I hope the BarxBuddy will still work. I also don't know how the Lifetime Guarantee that I paid for will work or when I will receive the certificate. I'm hoping all of this will become obvious once BarxBuddy is being used. I'm looking forward to giving this gift on Christmas day!

Easy to check out. I was skeptical about this product because like everything else it only works for some. To my surprise it worked with the barking and I have a French bulldog and 2 bully's. I wanted to control the barking for the frenchie and control the aggressive behavior from the 2 bullies to each other. So far it works like a charm. I just received it recently, but I'm really excited to use it to get better results at training my dogs.
Definitely not worth $53! They would not credit my account and didn't want to see the picture of it. I have a 24 lb cockatoo and she loved the lights blinking and that it rolled around but no matter how well built they say it is it couldn't hold up to a cockapoo
Our coonhound has a loud bay/bark. She will immediately stop when the barxbuddy is activated when within a few feet of her. But if she is 15' or so away from me, then the device is not as effective.
Overall, it is a deterrent to barking when in close proximity.
Hi I'm Barx Buddy's new Buddy! If i didn't see it work when my friend had just purchased it and used in on my dogs I wouldn't believed it so right there I picked up my phone and ordered it! Ordered it on Monday and was in my mailbox on Friday and let me tell you it really does work! So if you love your furry babies and they have this annoying bark that sometimes ou wanna go crazy on them then get barx buddy and you all ill be happy!
My BarxBuddy arrived yesterday and so far I'm cautiously excited about it. In fact, so far it's been AWESOME! When my shetland sheepdog barks (if you know the breed, it's in their genes), I step in front of him and press the button, he stops, slinks over and sits right down. At which point I praise and hug him. Twice I've even pressed the button as he ran out of the room, so he couldn't see the light, but he still stopped and actually turned around and came back to me. Without me saying a word. I've barely had a chance to use the product because my dog has barked less today than in years, but it sure seems to be delivering on its promise. If this keeps working, what a gift it is to dog owners! And my dog even seems more relaxed. Thank you!

I purchased a barxs buddy and its "lifetime warranty" well it broke and I called to get a replacement. I was told that I had to pay to return it when you could just send me the replacement I won't purchase another thing from this company

They have 1 email address for support but no bothers to email you back. Ive emailed from various email addresses (gmail, personal email and work email) ive messaged on facebook. ZERO response. When checking out under your credit card there is only space for one address. My card used address is different to the delivery address. I think they a SCAM! I got a tracking id but when i click on it its not recognised tracking id. IF you order its impossible to get feedback.
My nine month old schnoodle just barked all the time. I only used it twice using the words no barking. Then three times just point it at him without pressing the bottom. Now I don't even need to point the box at him I just point my finger and say no barking, if he goes to bark (which is hardly ever)! Amazing training tool. He is just a different puppy now. So happy with the purchase. So many people told me it wouldn't work, I was desperate! Well it does work!
I ordered the barx buddy on 5-17 and paid for it with shipping. On 5-26 I called and asked why it had not been shipped and was told that they would call the warehouse and request shipping. On 5-27 still nothing so I called again and spoke with Gil. Told him I wanted to cancel and wanted a refund. After 10 to 15 minutes he said I would get a refund but still had to pay shipping. I said it has not been shipped so there is no shipping fee. He said that was their policy. I am out shipping cost even though it was never shipped. Stay away.
I love this device, I have 3 schnauzers and anyone who owns a schnauzer knows how noisy they can be.
Hunter, who is my male kept barking and trying to jump my fence, I got out the device last night, started using it. At first I was skeptical, he would continue to bark when I pointed it at him. So, I started using it in the house when he would bark. This morning I came outside with them, when he would go near the fence, I would push the button, He would back up, look at me and whine. My neighbors Great Pyrenees started to bark, I pushed the button and he stopped barking.
This device is well worth the money, and yes Silence is Gooden.

They charged my 87 year old grandma $29.95 for a product that costs $10-$15 on amazon. It is a generic dog trainer from China. They also charged $7.95 for shipping. The total was $37.90 on the invoice and they charged her credit card $42.19. I called support and they said that it was for a warranty yet there is no mention of it on the website or when purchasing. I will attempt to get a refund with the 10 digit RMA they sent me. This business only has a PO box which is sketchy.

Just got it and so far not doing anything to make her stop barking. Actually when I use it she barks at it. I'm not givng up yet and hope that in time she will stop the barking. Time will tell and I'll give it the best chance to work
Started working from home during the COVID-19 crisis and couldn't get through a single conference call without my 3 year old Labrador barking at everything. I placed an order for the BarxBuddy on November 4,2019. I waited patiently and it NEVER ARRIVED. I called the company on January 7,2020 and spoke to Odette. She apologized and said she would ship it out right away. I put all my paperwork (Receipt/Terms and Conditions/all my notes) in a file expecting to receive my order. I then forgot about it as I thought it would be shipped soon. WELL, IT NEVER CAME. Going through my office files during the quarantine of 2020 (it is now April 21,2020) and still no BarxBuddy. I paid $37.90 via PayPal and still do not have my BarxBuddy. After reading too many negative reviews, I figured I would add mine. I mean what are they going to do?... not ship my merchandise to me? I will call them again and see what they say. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

The site I went to showed a bundle of 3 of the active balls, among other options, which is what I ordered. What I received was a bundle of 2 balls, a suction cup play toy and a portable dish. I called customer service, and a very polite young lady told me that if I wanted a third ball, I would have to order it from the web site. What I had received was (apparently) what I ordered. I'm sure that what I got wasn't what I ordered and wasn't even an option when I ordered it. I think the ordering process at the website screwed up.
