I needed scaffolding at very short notice to repair my flue on the second floor of a four storey house. I tried locally but they were unable to meet my time frame. Approved Scaffolding were able to meet my requirements, they were very competitive, in fact they were 50 per cent cheaper than local companies. They were professional from start to finish and I am happy to recommend them.

Carpet cleaner

Not worth the money topped up with the starter pack said it was 51 pounds for first time, didn't give me the discount phone and they just blamed on vat asked for a refund told me no they don't give money back. Just be careful with this as they are only out to grab money didn't help me at all. Would of given 0stars if I could

New roof
July 23, 2023

W RAY roofing based in Dunstable were hired to replace a new roof on my house as I had no felt under my roof and it use to leak leading to damage to ceilings in my house. They done a new roof for is very happy with new roof. The men cleaned up and took all rubbish with them. We are very happy with new roof reason able price and didn't take a penny till whole job was done. 25 Yr guarantee on roof with a certificate of work done. Would definitely recommend any work on roof repairs or new roof.

I was looking for a male counselor/therapist preferably. BARK came across my search. I had never heard of BARK. I connected with Steven Herbert and liked his energy immediately! We hired him to help through some marital issues and to enhance our communication skills. He has been awesome! His Spirit is very gentle. He has a lot of wisdom, he is wise and inspirational. He gets right to the heart of the issues at hand, so with that, there's not a lot of wasted time. He has great suggestions, ideas and advice to work with. He has helped us tremendously! Within 15 minutes of logging the requirement, Eco Tree Service were in touch. We were then able to clarify and discuss the requirements via photos, text messages, phone & WhatsApp.

In the end I went with an alternative service provider with a cheaper offer - but Eco were otherwise impressive.

Charlie contacted me within an hour of my logging the request. We exchanged a photo of the work required and he provided a verbal estimate. Charlie attended my property the next day and completed my gutter repair within half an hour. He charged me in line with his estimate. It has since rained very heavily and my issue has been resolved. Excellent work from this young man. Highly recommended. I am a private homeowner.

Never signed up to this company just started getting leads emailed to me.

Being in weddings and events I get leads for events in a weeks time for 200 people, this is highly unlikely in this industry and anyone that needed anything that late notice would be calling around frantically.

Today I got a lead for an "event" that happened two days ago.

The leads do not match the industry in my area.

I think this website is a scam!

After 3 visits there was more improvement than the doctors had made over the last 15 years, due to epilepsy My daughter has not been able to go out without having panic attacks she now has a cd which she can listen too any time Helping her to deal with her problem giving her the tools to improve her life

Scams on Bark

I have gotten many scam requests and Bark refunded some credits but not others. Bark is not a well-designed system and not worth the time and money.

The wording is the same as many scams I have received. Sample text to watch out for "i have this little business which i wish to be larger it's located in the state and the company is based on importing/exporting of smaller products within the automotive niche like parts and tools. So..."

We burned through $79 worth of credits without a single response. When we asked about the refund they promised... they gave me back all the credits I had used. Oh great they didn't work the first time I'm sure they will work so much better the second time... stay FAR away!

There will be more complaints on this matter, because the person who is proudly advertising this link, has hundreds of Google accounts, known by some interesting ridiculous names. You don't need to be smart to figure this is a scam, just review all of the social comments on the Google network.

I have really very bed experience with bark. I purchase almost 10 leads from. Most of the leads are fake. As a lead provider portals they offer same lead to more then one person and there is no much difference between freelancing website and bark.
They give the surity to refund the credits but after so many time drop email to support and inform him about lead situation and ask to back the credit but nothing happened.

Lead portals does not work like bark if yoi are charging high money to provide leads you cannot offer same lead to another person

I'm a software developer. I run a small company. Don't get leads from this website. The leads are garbage. The "leads" are just regular people who have no idea how much software development services cost. The website doesn't ask the leads for budgets and doesn't give you any information about who is posting the project before you purchase the lead. 100% of leads from Bark.com have been people who have zero funding for a idea they thought of late at night.

Land Surveyor

I used Bark to find a land surveyor for a boundary wall issue. Slightly disappointed that only one surveyor responded (we normally like to get three quotes) but that's not necessarily a bad reflection on Bark.

If you're doing marketing, having to pay someone for unverified leads is an legitimately poor idea. Good marketing may cost money, but it draws relevant consumers to you. If you're chasing customers on a site like Bark.com, then your advertising and marketing campaigns aren't working for you. In addition to being the literal reverse of how you should get customers, this is a time-suck. Don't spend time and money inefficiently reaching out to unverified leads. Instead, market yourself effectively and draw consumers to you.

I had a leaking roof and advertised for someone to take a look. A number of companies expressed an interest so I selected the first responder and within a couple of hours they came round to assess the requirement and then came back the next day to fix it. I am not a qualified roofer but the work looks good and assuming they have done the job properly I would thoroughly recommend them. The company were extremely polite and took the time to explain what they were doing. The price quoted was the price charged even though a few extra tiles were required and I think the work took a little bit longer than expected.

Just had our tree removed by Nick and Paul. They did a great job. Extremely pleased. Left everything clean and tidy. We'll definitely recommend them to family, neighbors and friends.
