DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered 3 tickets for a Broadway show through BargainSeatsOnline as they had the lowest prices I found for reasonable seats. I should have known better. When I printed my e-tickets, the first suspicious thing was that someone else's name appeared on the tickets. Then when we got the show, only two of the three tickets were valid. The other one had been double--sold and I could not get in. DO NOT USE THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
November 9, 2015

Tickets were purchased either by a computer error or an issue with their site. I received an email from them about "my purchase" and immediately called them TWICE, but received a voicemail. I left 2 messages with NO RETURN CALL! I then emailed them to let them know that I did not make or authorize this purchase and they responded by telling me that all sales are final. I understand that IF I had actually made the purchase, but you mean to tell me that I call you within minutes of receiving your email and tell you I didn't make the purchase and you don't care?! This company is a joke and a scam!

Ridiculous overcharging of fees that are incredibly unclear. Be careful!

I have e-mails where you are unable to see the extra fees on the first screen. Only after scrolling down does one see the fees. Over $100 in extra fees for 3 tickets.

While checking out the fees were similarly unclear. I called moments aftrer placing the order and was told there are no cancellations. I waited on the phone for an hour and got no support and the run around.

Service Fee: Cost per ticket associated with SITE operation, customer service center operation, and other costs associated with the fulfillment of USER'S ticket request.

Delivery: Costs associated with the Delivery Method chosen by USER and the SITE'S arrangement of USER'S ticket delivery by the FULFILLER.

THE TICKETS I PURCHASED NEVER ARRIVED, WE MISSED THE SHOW & CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS NO REFUNDS APPLY. I AM BAFFLED HOW THIS COMPANY CONTINUES TO DO BUSINESS WHEN A CUSTOMER COMPLAINS THAT THE PRODUCT THEY PURCHASED WAS NEVER RECEIVED, AND THEIR RESPONSE IS TO BLAME FEDEX.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HOPE TO ACTUALLY USE THE TICKETS YOU PURCHASED.

I have read the poor reviews for bargainseatsonline. I do not want to purchase event tickets from them - and that is thank you to everyone's review.

I was considering purchasing from bargainseatsonline a VIP Parking pass for $11 before fees, for Susquehanna Bank Entertainment Center. This is for the Lynard Skynard concert on July 18,2014, in Camden NJ.

Anyone ever purchase a VIP Parking pass from bargainseatsonline?

I would not recommend this site to anyone. I ordered tickets for my son and dtrinlaw. And were told the tickets would arrive the following day. I was told over the phone that the tickets would be at the box office for them. Then I received an email indicating the tickets would be sent to their home. I phoned and spoke with Joel, the same person I had spoken with initially, and he was rude and obnoxious. He could not understand my concern, and berated me for calling. On the day of the concert a business card arrived from Fed Ex (for $40.00 shipping charge). We were very concerned that the tickets would not be there. However they were at the box office, although there was some reluctance on the part of the box office to release them to my son since he did not have the same credit card that was on the initial order. They did get their tickets and really enjoyed the concert, however there was much distress and consternation leading up to it which made one question whether they were going to get the tickets.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I checked these seats out for 3 days before purchase... I brought 3 tickets in K section orchestra, verify but when I printed them these seat now showed 3 seats in K mezzanine (last row in theater!
Second, I talked to ticket center at Oneill theater and they said this company is known for this plus these seats had been sold to someone else and there were not available for me to use! Had to buy seats at the theater and have not gotten a refund!
Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Horrible experience! I bought tickets and was excited thinking I got a great deal! Ended up spending over $700 when all said and done... to find out that just a few weeks later a reputable site sold the same tickets for under $150 all taxes and fees included. I paid extra, $15 per ticket, to get them sent to my house thinking I would get the actual tickets to keep, and they turned out to be printed out etickets! Then I was charged $168 in fees that wasn't stated anywhere or at anytime during the expeience! I have contacted batginseatsonline multiple times and continue to be told that there is nothing that can be done. I was never made aware that tickets were final sale until I received the confirmation email. I was never make aware of the fees until I saw the charge on my card and received the email days later after purchasing with the price breakdown. This was the worst ticket buying experience ever and I have bought many tickets! So there is nothing I can do and I spent way too much money and more then anyone else! Thanks batginseatsonline!

Totally Scammed! Sold tickets via the good ole' "We will sell the same item to more than one buyer" and refused to honor their assurance that if tickets weren't delivered, they would replace with comparable ones, in fact I was told 30 mins before the concert that my ticket purchase (and, yes I paid for them too) would not be honored in any way AND they want 7-14 days to return $$$... excuse me ~ But WTH! When I told rep Alex "hey you guys have other tickets on the site" all I received was "well the tickets you got were from yet another reseller and the ones we have still on the site are private party sellers" ~ Uhhhhh EXCUSE ME! YOU GOT MY $$$ IN YOUR HANDS AND YOU WON'T HONOR YOUR OWN GUARANTEE BECAUSE THE OTHER TICKETS ARE FROM PRIVATE HANDS? Please beware people... I wouldn't buy cat food from these jerks knowing what I know now, and I have a super disappointed teen & her friend that missed out on seeing One Direction!

The afternoon of 6/16/12 bought 2 tickets to the One Direction Concert at the Gibson Ampitheater in Universal Citywalk for my daughter and a friend... Paid over $225 a piece (although they were tickets for same day use as the concert was 6/16@ 8pm) when I placed my order via a representative they informed me that I would receive my E-tickets to print within 5-10 minutes... realizing it was less than 2 1/2 hours prior to the concert I went to my email to print... I received a confirmation of ticket that stated "Not a Ticket" then shortly thereafter, I got an email survey. I immediately called and spoke to Alex who stated my tickets were good and he was calling the seller... and he would call me in 2-5 mins... well 20 mins later... still no answer... no tickets... then one of his associates came on to tell me they sold the tickets out from under me & they were not honoring their own "replacement ticket policy" due to the fact that the other tickets available on their website were being sold by private sellers and that I would have to wait up to 2 weeks for a refund! I swear, between salvaging the spirits of 2 teenage girls, dealing with these IDIOTS and knowing my money is in limbo till "they feel like it" ~ don't EVER TRUST THIS SITE... TOTAL SCAM!

I purchased concert tickets online through www.bargainseatsonline.com. On the day of the concert we found out that the concert had been cancelled. Upon inquiring about a refund, I was informed that they would not refund my money even though their website clearly stated "100% guarantee refund on cancelled events". They reported that the email said "cancelled or postponed" so it did not qualify as a refund. I heard on the radio that the concert had been rescheduled and sent an email to the customer service asking for information. Because they had not sent me anything in regards to the rescheduled event, our tickets--- nothing!
The day of the rescheduled event I went online to double check everything was correct and nothing had been cancelled again. I found out that the concert had been for the two days prior. We had missed it because we did not have the correct dates. And because the company I purchased from had not given me the correct information on my tickets.

Needless to say I was pissed off. Especially because these had been a gift to my parents for their anniversary and I cancelled plans for my birthday in order to accommodate the postponed dates. So I called customer service very upset. Eventually I ended up on the phone with the supervisor because the customer service lady continued to argue with me. The supervisor was kind and sympathetic but he stated there was nothing he could do for me because the concert was already over. He reported that it was the customer's responsibility to check on postponements not theirs. He reported that they had no responsibility for updating their customers regarding postponement dates or tickets. He agreed that this information should have been in the original email but that they would not refund me my money for the tickets. I told him that this is their business (selling concert tickets) and they are refusing to take responsibility for this situation. That when you take someone's money for a service/event you are responsible for informing them of changes or updates.

I highly recommend that no one ever use this site to purchase tickets. They are crooks and do not take responsibility for their mistakes. I will never use them to purchase tickets ever again and I suggest that no one else does either.

This website is THE BIGGEST RIP OFF OF THE CENTURY! Do NOT use them. Learned a HUGE lesson. Only buy from the primary venue, NOT a "secondary" market as this. Basically they are a big company of scalpers and all their little employees all over the world, buy a package of tickets from the primary venue (ex. The Benedum in Pgh) and then turn around and resell them through Bargain Seats. THEY ARE NOT BARGAINS PEOPLE AND THEY LIE! They only guarentee you a seat in the general vicinity (anywhere from row M to row W). I purchased 2, $56 dollar tickets, plus paid a per ticket service fee and a $15 shipping fee (total $147 for 2 tickets). When my tickets arrived, which were Christmas gift to my daughters, they ticket price said $26! And they are in the LAST ROW of the highest tier of the theater, in other words the worst seats in the house. After being on hold for 1 hour, they said all their salespeople tell customers at the time of buying that all tickets are equal or LESS than the actual value! HELLO! Why would anyone agree to pay $56 for a $26 ticket? They would do NOTHING. The main venue also can do nothing because they have no way of knowing who is going to resell their tickets. WE NEED LAWS ON TICKET SCALPERS! Contact your Attorney General in your state and lets put immoral people like this OUT OF BUSINESS!
