Exactly what I wanted, a great quality product and they got it to me in a very short period of time. The website allowed tons of customization options that really expanded the possibilities of what I could get.
Great design features, though I found using a mobile device a little problematic.
The sales agent did not speak English very well. Was very hard to communicate and was very difficult to get him to understand the "artwork order was exactly the same as the previous order. I provided the previous order number. After at least six other communications the art and graphics were approved.

The banner was good quality, but I paid for two day delivery and the product was printed in India and got stuck in US customs and it took more than a week to arrive. In fact, it arrived on the same day as my customers and I put it up halfway through the event. Had I known it would take more than a week to arrive I would've ordered somewhere else.

We've used BannerBuzz for almost 10 years and have always enjoyed services. This last order was drastically different. The communication barrier with the Indian based call center was detrimental to the production process. It dragged things out for days and ultimate our order worth hundreds of dollars arrived the day after our event. It's unfortunate, but we are now seeking alternative vendors to use.

I really love the quality and work provided by BannerBuzz. My only issue it the arrival time does not match to the actual time. So if you are buying it for a special event or presentation I would recommend ordering at least 1-2 months ahead of your event.

We just placed our second order for feather flags, by mistake I had made this new batch one sided. Customer service knew I probably made a mistake and when I called over the phone, not only did a real person pick up the phone, but they already knew what I would want fixed.

Ordered decals from them and they came damaged, they won't replace because even though they admit the items are damaged I am a few days passed their policy timeframe to help. For a company that boasts good customer reviews you would think they would want to make things right.

This is my second banner I've had done here and it was perfect! The client was very happy. I thought it was odd that it was being sent from India, though. One reason I initially used this company was because it was based in the US. The shipping time was fine, though... amazingly. I assume that's how they keep the prices low.

While the product was fine, my experience with customer service was awful. First of all, this is NOT an American company. The product was printed and shipped from India. Communications were almost impossible due to broken English. They sent me proofs from someone else's job, and for a week straight, we went back and forth on proofs they kept sending me — ones I never asked for in the first place — telling me that if I didn't approve them in time, it would affect my shipping date. The "new cost" for shipping would be in the range of $300-$500. There were at least 20 emails sent trying to sort through this mess, and the phone messages left were unintelligible due to the language barrier. The product WAS late, but thankfully, I planned ahead and was still able to use them, but I learned my lesson. The grief associated with using this company was not worth the savings. I do not recommend this company. Had I known it would be produced and supported by a foreign country, NO DEAL.

Stunned with the quality for the money. All 6 are excellent. The largest format one I got was a 3x30 for a festival stage. They all came out great. Fast approval. Fast shipping. Highly recommend. I will be back to banner buzz! Emails were prompt. When they had issues with resolution I was immediately notified and the issue was immediately fixed. Excellent customer service.

At first I was searching for a shop that help me to make a Table Runner for an upcoming convention. Until I find out about BannerBuzz and I pay it right away because of the accurate price, and in 2 or 3 days it show me the preview how it look and look great. Loved that the designers sent me proofs to make sure that everything looked good before processing the order. The only thing I would suggest is that the designers read the design comments carefully before sending the proofs, it would have saved some time. Other than that, great service and quality 👍

I needed a banner within a couple of weeks, I submitted my logo and they were very quick to get back with my on design changes that needed to happen, and once I approved the design I had the banner within a week. The banner is great quality and I'm super happy with it, will definitely use them again for future needs!

Answer: They do very good lip service. I ordered a vinyl product from them and they did not produce what I had expected and what we had agreed on. But after further conversations I was convinced that they would be able to get it right the second time so I ordered two different items from them, still vinyl product. And they did it again they did not do the background as I had agreed with the artist and with what my artwork showed. They have made no effort to try and correct the issue. Neither time. Shame on me. I let them fool me twice.
