I sent two separate messages informing BannerBuzz that I needed an additional yard sign created from one of the images I uploaded. This was done when I approved the order before anything had been made. I sent a third message the day after the order was approved. All of my messages were ignored and I was told they couldn't do anything about it.

I will never use this company again. You should FIRE all of your customer service reps if they all are trained like the one, I had the disservice of dealing with. My product wasn't spaced as the draft showed upon approval. Customer service sucks

I paid 2-day delivery to get it on Friday and stiill, didn´t get it on time. It got delayed in production despite I called specifically to make sure it was on time. I had to call again on Saturday morning to make sure it was produced. It was served on a Monday. I had to find a different provider to produce it locally as it didn´t arrive on time for our event.

We've used BannerBuzz for almost 10 years and have always enjoyed services. This last order was drastically different. The communication barrier with the Indian based call center was detrimental to the production process. It dragged things out for days and ultimate our order worth hundreds of dollars arrived the day after our event. It's unfortunate, but we are now seeking alternative vendors to use.

This is my second banner I've had done here and it was perfect! The client was very happy. I thought it was odd that it was being sent from India, though. One reason I initially used this company was because it was based in the US. The shipping time was fine, though... amazingly. I assume that's how they keep the prices low.

Ordered one product, was told I should switch to another and then it came as not what I wanted. I reached out to see if they would make it right and was told I approved the switch to this product (I did, but without realizing it was different). So beware if you decide to order that they will not make it right if it arrives different than you intended. I took my business elsewhere

Stunned with the quality for the money. All 6 are excellent. The largest format one I got was a 3x30 for a festival stage. They all came out great. Fast approval. Fast shipping. Highly recommend. I will be back to banner buzz! Emails were prompt. When they had issues with resolution I was immediately notified and the issue was immediately fixed. Excellent customer service.

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
