I really love the quality and work provided by BannerBuzz. My only issue it the arrival time does not match to the actual time. So if you are buying it for a special event or presentation I would recommend ordering at least 1-2 months ahead of your event.

It's crunch time. The numerous clients are late getting graphics to you. The person responsible for requesting, reviewing and submitting the graphics- was the wrong person. The graphics are horrible. The deadline was yesterday. Overnight you recreate graphics; modify existing graphics and upscale (praying) you get something useful. Approval from leadership same night (Monday); then submit to BannerBuzz. On Friday of THE SAME WEEK, by international courier, a step and repeat 10'x8' background is received. You hold your breath and open the box, you unfold and hang the background. The tears well up in your eyes. The effort paid off. Results? YOU ARE BLOWN AWAY AND SO IS THE CLIENT! The process of submitting my art shouldn't be that difficult. I used your specs sent a doc and the feedback on my art wasn't great. They kept saying do you want more than one logo on your step and repeat sign. But I had 30 logos. I was confused. I wish someone had suggested bigger logos as I've never done this before and wish I knew how to space those better. The lines and indicators didn't work correctly, were not helpful. Quality seems good. Delivered ahead of schedule which was great. Invoice is hard to find in the portal.

We previously purchased a vinyl banner, which lasted several years. This time, we bought a banner, and unknowingly, it was fabric. It tore during the first assembly, sliding it onto the polls. BannerBuzz would not replace so we would not recommend and will not be purchasing from them again.

This was the second time using this company. Both times I paid extra for priority overnight shipping and both times it did not arrive the day it was supposed to - thankfully I gave myself some buffer room with the timing and I could still use it for my event. The first time I bought a step and repeat banner and frame. The frame banner arrived on time but the frame arrived late (the next day) which I assumed would be shipped together. The second order was for a giant check (and I even went without receiving a proof to streamline the production process so it was shipped out on time) and it was due to arrive on a Friday but when checking the tracking number that morning it was not estimated to arrive that day so I called customer service to ask why and they said that it was ready for shipping but FedEx did not pick it up the previous day. I understand they can't control FedEx but it was annoying because I needed it on Monday at 4pm, they confirmed that it would still be delivered by then and it was. After the second time this had happened, I called afterwards to request a refund for the extra shipping cost that I paid for and they did refund me but I no longer have faith in the product arriving when it is scheduled to and I will be mindful of that if I order again.

They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself.
