These flags were very delayed arriving to my home and did not arrive in time to be used for the event we ordered them for. I opened a ticket when i realized the issue/delay from over seas but there was no solution to have item to be created within the US. I originally chose Banner Buzz thinking they were being produced or partially produced in GA. I would expect to get a full refund for the items.

My first order was seamless. However there was a mistake in the Artwork, and since I didn't "click" Proof my client got a wrong banner. I ordered & uploaded corrected Art for a new banner. This is where it became frustrating... I must have taken 5-6 back and forth communications after receiving proofs with the old artwork. I would make comments saying it was wrong art and to use new uploaded artwork. This took about 1.5 weeks to finally get to a "approved" proof. Very frustrating and will have to think again about using BannerBuzz. Best - DH

Overall the result is great but the communication gap between each review or small tweak to the design takes an extra 5 days including a gap to see that you said approve.

I am pleased with all aspects of the ordering process. The website is easy to use and order multiple customized flags that I ordered. The price is excellent. The quality is very good. They said they would be shipped by January 2nd, which was fast, but they arrived on December 24th, 9 days ahead of schedule! Will continue to order from BannerBuzz.

They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
