It went the way we all wish customer service would go- literally - I was dealing with someone that knew thier business well, and knew what they were talking about. I had an issue with the jpeg file I was sending and they stepoed me through it with ease and reassurance. Nice staff, super quick, and great quality product!

Enjoyed the ordering process, and the digital proof looked fine. The shipping notification that this was coming from India was a bit of a surprise given the promised deadline, but it arrived on time as promised. The frame was fine- what we expected at this price point. But despite submitting a vector PDF of the art, the print quality came back atrocious, as if they'd somehow printed from a rasterized preview of the PDF rather than the PDF itself. Won't be ordering from them again, sadly.

The turnaround times are misleading, and they messed up my order not once, but twice. I submitted my design and was given a specific delivery date. When the package finally arrived, it was an empty tube—shipped from somewhere in the U.S. I filed a claim, and a second package was sent, this time from the Middle East. Coincidence? Highly doubtful. When the replacement arrived, it wasn't even my order. I had already confirmed my design before anything was shipped. Absolutely terrible service. Avoid this company.

Answer: Absolute scam. It is based in India and the quality differed from the UK standards. Had an absolute horrible experience with them. Avoid at all cost

They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
