I have used Banner Buzz many times for a variety of marketing things... always great products and pricing. Where there is an issue is when you call and talk to a representative... they do NOT have access to your account, so when you try and explain something, they can't see what you're seeing on their website. We worked it out when someone from inside Banner Buzz called me. A minor issue, but annoying.

There are mixed reviews of Banner Buzz, so I was hesitant to use them, but I couldn't find the size I wanted with any other printer, so i thought it was worth a try. I was surprised how well the print turned out, and how fast it was produced and shipped. The only downside is the communication with both the AI chat bot, and the real service rep was slightly confusing, and their pricing on the website was confusing too. But a little patience and research is worth it, because the product is spectacular!

First time user and it was fairly simple
I bought a backlit banner display for booth using. https://www.bannerbuzz.com/20ft-backlit-trade-show-display-design-4/p. There was no written instrction came with the product. They sent me 4 bags and one of their videos showed 3 bags. I have been pn phone and chat for couple for hours to get it fixed. They refused to give me any information or guidelines on how to assemble the product except a youtube videos. The youtube video has totally diffrent information than the product i have recieved. I can not assemble it without step by step instructions and these guys are not ready to provide any instructions and asking to keep trying parts and insert to see if they fit or not. This is not an ettical way to run a business.

I was trying to design a banner but had a quick turnaround. Simple instructions on how to adjust the design were not followed, leading to multiple days of back and forth between me and the design team. By the time design was final, I knew we might not get the product in time, so I emailed asking for an expected arrival date stated that if the arrival date could not be met, I would prefer to cancel the order. This was within hours of the design being approved, but I was told it was already in production and could not be canceled. As expected, the banner did not arrive in time and I paid for something I now have no use for.

I liked that they were able to print and ship quickly, but don't like that they added copy to the artwork. It was copy that didn't make sense and wasn't caught in our review, so it went to print. They were happy to resend the artwork without the edit (though i haven't seen it yet) but just make sure you triple check the proof they send over.
