Our banners we ordered for the 4th of July, and paid for shipping for them to arrive on July 2nd, never arrived until July 7th. We called multiple times for updates to which we were recited the typical talking points from the customer service rep about shipping arrival success percentages. We called back 3 times and when they weren't successfully delivered on time no one cared enough to reach out, after saying they would.

Let's start by saying this has been my worst experience with printing a banner. I received the poorest quality of customer service from this company and I would not recommend their services! My issues:
1. No matter what quality you upload to banner buzz site, it will say your image quality is too low. 2. My order was placed 2 WEEKS in advance prior to when I needed my banner. According to their "design team" they would "fix" the quality of my banner free of charge. Well, this fixing included changing my design TWICE to another design and taking 48hrs to fix the error THEY made. This delayed my design for 6 DAYS! 3. After delaying my banner for 6 DAYS, I had to pay rush shipping just to get my banner on time. I will be reporting this company to the BBB! The only positive I have to say about this company is that the product was good.

The entire process of creating the banner was super easy and everyone was extremely helpful until I wasn't able to go pick up the banner from FedEx and they returned the package back to sender. UPDATE: Your cut and paste response is not appreciated. Nobody has reached out regarding this issue... why would they now when they didn't resolve it before? I reached out more than half a dozen times trying to resolve this before posting a review, only to be completely ignored in the end. Customer service is bad at best... at its worst it's completely non-existent. We purchased several garage sale banners for our HOA. We had two big issues with ordering. First, we were charged an incorrect amount of tax. That was eventually resolved, but only after I sent a letter from our tax commission office. The other issue had to do with our wallet points not being used. I tried using all of them on our order, but it was only allowing up to a certain amount. I had an entire conversation with a representative about this, during which I found out only a certain percentage amount could be used on an order. OK, that's fine. I checked the box to use our points, which is the ONLY thing you do to apply them, then placed our order. The points weren't applied, don't ask me why. I sent an email, which included a screenshot of the points box being checked and the amount the screen showed I should've been charged. The standard response was "points can't be applied after an order is placed". I would then get an email telling me the ticket had been resolved and to reply if I wanted to reopen it. I did this about 6 times, specifically asking about the fact that I had screenshotted proof of using my wallet points and the amount I should've been charged, the amount THEIR WEBSITE SCREEN showed. NOBODY could answer me. I just kept getting the same "points can't be applied" line. Eventually my email was just completely ignored and nobody responded to me again. I would NEVER recommend this company. Complete and blatant disregard for the customer. On top of this, the banners ripped after only 2 uses. Terrible customer service plus poor quality product equals a customer that would NEVER return!
