We ordered navy blue table linens, received purple. Reported this with photos to highlight the issue, showing the product next the the Cadbury purple brand, compared to our navy branding - BannerBuzz took no accountability, they would not replace the product and instead offered me a 25% discount on my next order. This is now a complete waste of money as I cannot use the product - do not recommend at all.

I tried to get assistance from the online chat regarding sizing etc, but the operator was not helpful and not able to give advice regarding sizes etc so I ended up ordering the wrong size and am stuck with two screens that are the wrong size. What's the point of having an online chat if you can't get decent advice?

This company is not located in Australia. They have an AU website and AU phone number but are located in India. They promote that shipping is within a couple of days. My order was placed mid-August and their courier company depot is closed.
We are an Australian based company and had we known that they were shipping from India we would have not ordered from them.
They are responsive on their chat site but It is of no help that their courier shuts a depot and does not divert the products to their other facilities. Clearly, BannerBuzz would be aware of the logistical issues.

Its not that app isnt great it is, but my last order was completely wrong in how i thought the stickers would come out for car signage on windows. I thought being car windows they would be transparent not solid backgropund preventing vision in car. I could not use me last order and was completely disappointed! So ordering car decals through will not happy again. Let alone i paid for priority shipping and this date was not met at all when order placed. Only reason im choosing business cards with you is i feel its a safer option with printing.
