Having bought several torches through Banggood, they have always replaced them if they were broken, which of the 3 items, 2 of them were, so I can't fault them for customer service, but the quality control and lack of packaging protection is pathetic.
As for their pricing and advertising, an email received stated $20 had been added to my Banggood account, which is a blatant lie. In reality, it is referring to "up to" $20 off in coupons, which is spread across several categories in small amounts. Adding further insult is the advertised sale pricing. An item is listed at $17.49 AUD (excl. Shipping), but when you go to the product page, the item is priced at $23.40, almost $6 more and it's not even the item they showed (See pictures), its for the cheaper option of the item. Unless you can find the item at an absolute bargain on sale, and can verify the price before you pay it, don't bother. It's deceptive advertising and bad business.
Tip for consumers:
Add items to the wishlist and wait for an email notification with a good price, the price when you find it the first time will be higher than the sale email in a month's time. Also look for the item linked from other sites with coupons or referrals for discount links for the best price

I thought I found a nice product with a very low cost. The added shipping cost didn't make it unappealing. I purchased the item. After a week I decided to see if I could track the item. Found out that it was never shipped. Tried to contact them by phone - ************** - is not in service. So I started a chat. Rep told me that if I don't pay an additional $32, then the order will be cancelled. So I requested a refund.

The coupons I applied made my items more expensive, which is a bit sketchy. The $3 off coupon made my 2 items go from $25.63 to $28.97! Shipping took a long time too, I waited for I think a month?. However, the cases I received for my phone are really good! I somehow got an extra case in my order, I don't remember adding it to my cart but I do remember looking over my cart to remove an item so I'm not sure how I could've missed it. Something feels off about the website, but I think I would risk it again because the phone cases are good, I just would pay super extra careful attention next time.
You guys are the only ones with a nice variety of Poco phone cases.
It's see-through so I can show off my phone's color and has protective edges for shock absorption.

Recently ordered quite a few items from banggood and it came in 3 parcels. All was fine until I received the final parcel - it was missing an item. I'm currently on my 7th email to customer 'support' which have done nothing except offer a partial refund of 1.53 for an item which cost 1.91 + shipping. They deem it acceptable to offer a partial refund because I 'enjoyed' a discount... for an item that I never received. If I were to accept the refund I would be out of pocket if I were to buy another one, which I really don't feel inclined to do because there's no guarantee that I'll receive it. I understand it's not a huge amount of money but this is essentially theft, I own the item and they refuse to send it to me. There is nothing difficult to understand about this - I paid money for the item and it did not arrive. A multi-million dollar company should have no issue sending the item out as they've probably spent more 'dealing' with this issue, they have my money anyway. I understand that this is probably a rare issue (everything else arrived fine) but I can't recommend them at this current time.

Bought hobby stuff for my sun, says ships within 48-72hrs fair enough but it did not say delivery time 50-60 business days not counting weekends and holidays so give it take 4 months.

I ordered a twin basin faucet a few weeks ago and a couple of days ago received only one hot water tap instead of two. I am so disappointed as no one has replied to any efforts I made of reaching them. I was satisfied customer until there is problem. My Blitzwolf VC1 vacuum cleaner stopped charging after several months. Banggood does not accept the problem although lot of customers are experiencing same issue. They disparage the issue and does not reply. I am very disappointed with handling the dispute. I do not have working vacuum nor my money back. I do not recommend to buy anything valuable from Banggood.

I've purchased 3 items from them. First was an electric drill that I've been happy with. Second was a wrist watch that ran for about 6 weeks. Warranty is 30 days! Most recent was an 8" chain saw that came without a battery... sure enough although the ad states it has a battery if I had looked closely at fine print it say without battery. They will let me return it but has to be shipped to China at a cost greater than the saw!

I suggest that you buy things from them only if you are keen to details because there are some things on offer that are just not true. You better be wary when the good is too good to be true. You also need to remember that you are gonna have to pay some hefty delivery prices if you are far away.

I have ordered from them in the past and had no problem (other than long waits) but this time is different.
I ordered from them in January with estimated delivery before Valentine's day. Near the end of February and they haven't delivered. Efforts to get any information at all are always met with the reply "wait".
The customer service cannot provide any delivery information, tracking information, or customer services.
Refund requests are met with polite requests to wait longer. I think they hope customers will give up on them. It looks like Banggood is a scam company.
No one at Banggood is able to resolve problems.

It was the best webshop, but became a joke.
You have to wait weeks until they ship the item. If you ask, why? It's not in stock. Unfortunately the website shows it's in stock and ships in 24 hours (it did jót change in the last 4 weeks)
Shipping time? Don't believe what they write. It can be months easily. Of cours it is because of Corona virus. Interesting thing, Gearbest can ship faster no matter any virus.
Tariff insurance... The biggest joke!
I provided all documents that I had to pay custom duty weeks ago. Still no money back, but I am getting 1-3 emails every day. Or they want me to send the documents again and again, or they ask me to confirm, how much is the 60% of the value of the item what I ordered, or anything, what they can find out to do not pay.
Shipping insurance:
Estimated shipping time is 5-12 days. After 20 days and no tracking information, I asked them to send the item again. Of course, the answer is NO! They can do it after 3 months only!
