This site is good but the customer services)agents are are very dissapointing, disgusting... they don't understand & communicate with their staff about a special message a customer left... overall it's very bad when it comes to refund process... it takes forever to understand you & refund. I really recommend Gearbest.com or AliExpress or eBay more for a smooth customer service & mutual understanding!
