Great site, awesome shoes. Can be a bit pricey but if you wait for the sales and special deals it is totally worth it! No problems with shipping. Shoes are good quality and fit very well. You can even review the shoes on this site.

I do looooove bakers shoes. They can be expensive but they're really good quality plus they have a very large selection of 5's which is amazing for those of us with tiny feet and know how hard they can be to find!. I would shop here once a week if I knew my boyfriend wouldn't find out

Shoes came on time, when I had my bridesmaids order the shoe the website said they had half sizes, I needed a half size that the website said ran out I emailed customer service and they did email me back but then explained the Finley shoe does not come in half sizes. Ok so I ask if my bridesmaids were a idk lets just say 6 1/6 what size would be a better fit a 6 or a 7, I got NO email back so my girls went off of what the website sizing chart said. So come to find out when the shoes come in the shoes did not fit, now I have 5 girls who have to pay for shipping the shoe back because the manager at the time said it was the "customer" who chose to pick that certain size and it was not the companies fault. In reality it IS the companies fault for the website malfunction AND the lack of costumer service when I had questions. I do not recommend this company at all, there is a reason all the stores are closing!

Disappointed
December 2, 2023

I ordered a pair of lacrosse boots. November 20th. I heard and received nothing for a week. I finally emailed and called. I was told bakers had to order direct from danner. But couldn't get a tracking number or a refund as the order was in the shipping department. They said they would send a tracking number that day. A week later nothing. I called again. Was told the same thing. I had a trip that the boots were needed for, and explained this the first time. It's now December 2nd. Still no tracking number or different answers. I was sent a flag that the order was shippped but ups has no records. It's all bs. Don't order from this company if u need the product within a month of ordering. Terrible customer service and company. They just pass on the isssue to the next level and don't follow w thru. 0 stars across the board.

I am incredibly disappointed with bakershoes.com and wish that I'd never ordered shoes from them in the first place. They cancelled my first order without warning and I spent two hours holding on the customer service line before a rep picked up my call and simply told me that they couldn't figure out why my order was cancelled and if I really wanted the boots I should just reorder from the site. When the boots were finally delivered they were not sent to my house, and instead were sent to some unknown USPS delivery center in my city. After waiting another hour and a half holding for a customer service rep, I was told they also did not know where my package was and recommended that I call all of the post offices in the area... because I didn't have anything better to do with my time than call all of the post offices in my area. I finally tracked my package down, picked it up myself, and the shoes delivered were the wrong style. After waiting another two hours on hold to speak to customer service I learned that I wasn't the first customer to have ordered these specific boots thinking they were one style only to have bakershoes.com send an entirely different style. The customer service rep assured me that they would send mailing labels for my return, as it was a mistake on their part, as opposed to a simple return but it has been over two weeks and I have yet to receive anything from them, either electronically or in the mail. I tried calling their customer service line again today to ascertain where my mailing labels were and got a pre-recorded message saying I should call back during business hours before being automatically disconnected. It's Thursday at 11am, which is well within the purported 'business hours.' I can't tell you how frustrating this whole endeavor has been and I can only hope this review helps prevent others from having to go through something similar. Shame on them for treating their customers this way.
