When you are ordering there product it says it will be shipped the next day but when you look at the website way down on the website they say delivery times are 10 to 14 days. I am no mathematician but when they say they're going to ship it the next day then I would expect the item to be delivered 3 to 4 days afterwards not 10 to 14 days. Also when I inquired about returning the item when I got it because I was so disgusted about there lying about delivery times I found out that you had to basically pay to send it back they won't send you a return shipping label. When I called they had a very American sounding gentleman answering the phone but it turns it out this is not an American company it's based out of Switzerland! So I guess it's actually a Swiss tactical hoodie? I have no idea how good the product is cuz I'm still waiting to get the damn thing!
We bought 3 hoodies, they fit odd. The hood is made for a giant head. On all three,the left inside pocket,isn't a pocket surprise! Phone fell right out in woods,first gen hoodie btw., Probably get better. Cheers!

I received confirmation of AN order along with an email stating "oops, wifi broke down? And we're sorry you couldn't get the hoodie" - picture 2
But my order for the sweatpants went through? - picture 3.
Hhmmmmmm, when I called the number on my email, I was hung up on by AUTOMATED SERVICES.
Only to receive "helpful emails" at 10pm. Saying nothing they can do, and on their end I ordered pants, EVEN with picture A provided?
What an awful company, seems like a scam, simply for some for clothes.
Ridiculous. Hope my money really helps ya.

I bought the garment in August. Apart from trying it on for fit and discovering that the hood is ridiculously oversized as described by other reviewers and that the zip is on the wrong side for the UK male market, I put it away until properly cold weather. Half an hour into a walk the zip parted along its entire length. The fastening at the hem is jammed and the only way to take it off was over the head. I immediately emailed Baerskin customer support acknowledging that I am outside their 60-day return window but asking for a replacement. Over a week later, and despite a follow-up email, they have not replied. £80 down the drain for half an hour's use. Not recommended.

Prompt mailing! Saved it for my husband for our anniversary. He loves it! It fits perfectly, quality made. Loves the pockets!
As far as keeping wind and cold out, excellent.
The zip is on the same as a woman's would be.
The hood is almost as big as the hoodie, in fact if I need to sleep in my car for what ever reason, I can pull the hood over the top of my head, down over my face to the top of my chest. With it being that big, using the inbuilt sun visor is not even a remote possibility.

Great hoodie, fits well and has too many pockets. I find it odd that the zipper zips on wrong side, but it functions as advertised.
The style, fit and overall look of the hoodies are great. However, I can't say that it's the warmest hoodie I've worn, especially at the cost. I live in the Northeast and during some of the colder parts of the winter time, you'll definitely notice even a light breeze through it unless you've got other layers on underneath.
I found cheaper fleece hoodies that have done a better job at keeping you warm.

I did not receive the item, yet when contacting the post office, they stated that it was delivered. All parties stated that they had did their part, but the item never arrived.

I love my Hoodie and also got one for my spouse. The shipping was a nightmare, but the final product (after returns etc and waiting for the hoodies which took forever to arrive from China or wherever), I am satisfied with the product. They fit well, run true to size and work for three seasons where I live (great under layer in winter). I love all the pockets. Don't wear near a camp fire as sparks will melt the fabric.
Very warm, waterproof/ water-resistant ( still dry inside after walking for more than 1 hour in the rain).

I enjoy the extra roomy pockets to store pens, pads, notes, funds, etc. keeps your hands warm also while outdoors. The vest is warm and can fit under or over a sweatshirt. Convenient.

Deffinatly not Waterproof, or wind proof, and never have been, poor quality, If that is quality standard in America, then I am deffinatly not impressed. The Zip broke within 2 weeks, its Frayed, and become see through within 12,months I have bought a British fleece now for a quater the price and it does the job perfectly. I work on the moors and its as exposed as the Tundra, i use the Jackets now when i am doing the dirty jobs around the farm and one has already been used as a rag for soaking up oil etc in the shed and binned as it was really good at soaking up water etc. deffinatly not water repelant, was a great advert though. But now i dont buy anything from the united states. Because i payed a lot of money for cheap crap. Not happening again.
