So far this has been the worst online retail experience of my life. I've been waiting since 12/16/2024 for my merchandise. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and, at the time of purchase, I was told it would arrive in time for that purpose. After a week, there was no status change on my orders. Upon inquiry with Baerskin, I got a reply email stating their apologies but they couldn't deliver as promised. I was offered to cancel OR accept 100 dollar coupon to be used on more merchandise. I accepted the coupon and decided to give the intended recipient a gift card as a placeholder. On 1/9/2025 I got an update that my order had finally shipped. On 1/18, tracking said it arrived at my local distribution hub. On 1/21 it hadn't changed status in 3 days. I wrote to Baerskin and they replied stating it was normal and would be delivered soon. That same day ONE of the two items I ordered arrived smashed into my mailbox. The other item was not there. I wrote again to them and they said both were delivered. The order status shows both were delivered. I wrote to them yet again on 1/22 and now they're telling me the item I didn't receive was unavailable and I was issued a coupon to make up for this problem. That's NOT what was promised. I attempted to call them and there is nobody to speak with. The only option is to leave a message. I have been billed for both items and received only one. They're now not replying to my emails. I wouldn't buy this let alone wear it if it was the last hoodie on the planet and I'd advise you to steer clear of this clearly less than ethical company. My order was 200 dollars worth of merchandise and I've only gotten 80 dollars of it delivered.
After posting this review on another site, I received an email asking me to fill out a claim form so they could replace the product I never received. I submitted the form back immediately and was told my order would arrive within a few business days. Today marks one full week. Still no product. I emailed them to inquire as to why I hadn't heard from them nor seen any product delivered. The response I
Got was the same excuse; products are out of stock causing shipping delays. They also offered me more discount codes to buy more products. I don't know why they think offering more products is a satisfactory solution when they have yet to deliver things I purchased nearly two months ago but this is what you get when you're dealing with Baerskin. I'll update again as it becomes relevant. Stay tuned.
Use Caution. There are horror stories all over the internet about these guys. I should've done more homework before I purchased.

You can not talk to or email the company. The phone only allows you the option of leaving a voice message. No response to messages even after a week.
Looks like a giant scam to steal your money.

This company has ZERO Customer Service. You can not contact them about your orders except through voice mail messages that do not receive a response.

Best hoodie ever. We have 4 of them now (2 are mine).
This hoodie is comfortable and warm. The only complaint is attracts pet hair.
