My order from November, ordered 12 for my employees. Only email I received a week before Christmas (took several inquiries to get a response), they will stay shipping Jan as they ran out of stock. Hers a 100$ off on your next order... as if I'll but anything again from them.

I placed my order on December 27th and it's now January 26th and I never received my tracking number, confirmation email or my order. I sent several emails and called a few times but it's a shell. Worst customer service. Cannot get in touch with ANYONE.
Bought the jacket for my husband for Christmas and got the wrong size. I tried to get in touch with someone to exchange the hoodie and rain jacket for a smaller size.
I tried for 3 weeks to get in touch with someone I tried emails and leaving messages but nothing only a stupid computer voice telling me someone will get back to me or an email saying the same thing. This company is the worst in their customer service. They just take your money and split. I hope no one buys from this company because it horrible.

Ordered hoodies so they'd be here in time for Christmas. Right - it's now been over 6 weeks since I placed order. All I got back for a while was the same canned form letter responding to my "Where's my order?" Now, they're not even bothering to answer. Don't do business with them unless you want to pay money for... nothing!

I ordered the 3-in-1 Hoodie 4.0 and some Velcro patches. Took them a while but they shipped them all together. The patches arrived, but no hoodie and raincoat. I tried emailing several times, each time I got an AI response. Each response the same. Saying that the shipment was delivered. I called 3 times. All 3 times i left a voicemail. No response.
Do not waste your money on this company. Looks like they only care about getting paid then refuse to repond when there is an issue.

Baerskin: I strongly recommend NOT to place any orders from this vendor. It comes from China; not mentioned anywhere. Ordered my hoodie back in early December. Product HAS NOT ARRIVED as they advertise 6-14 days for delivery! The excuse I was provided was that their inventory was out. That they hold a sale with low or non-existent inventory is NOT my concern and exposes BAD MANAGEMENT! In short, this manufacture is QUICK to take your money and who knows when IF, I will ever get my product! 1 star as the site won't allow me to give it NONE!

First thing to keep in mind in this disaster, is that I do not have a mail box at my house so I have a post office box and that's where I receive all my mail and packages.
I ordered the hoodie and rain jacket on December 8th of 2024. Two weeks later on the 24th of Dec. I emailed to check the status of my order and I didn't get a response till the 3rd of January letting me know my order would ship in 7 days. Wouldn't you know it took 2 weeks for the shipping notification to come through. They had also emailed me and told me that I couldn't use my post office box for shipping. I was like cool they must be using UPS or FedEx so I gave them my home address. NOPE they used the postal service so when they tried to deliver it to my house there was no such address found and it was shipped back to sender. By this time I just wanted my money back and they pretty much refused to refund me. They said they would send me a fresh new order. Now it is ok for me to use my post office box by the way. On top of that they don't have the color of rain jacket I ordered in stock so who knows when I will get my order. Heck I may never get it. So yeah I'm writing this on February 11th 2025 no jacket no hoodie. Two months! PATHETIC!
I would never use this company again! It actually angers me when I get on YouTube and have to watch there stupid advertisements all the time over and over.

This is my ninth attempt to get some attention from Baerskin after my order arrived. The quality of the goods (a hoodie and a waterproof jacket combo) seems fine but the items are too large so I want to get a size smaller.
I have tried plain email, I have tried the form on their website, I have tried the chat on their website and have two cases open but haven't even received email confirmation of those cases, and I have tried phoning and leaving two voicemails so far. Two weeks and counting!
It seems to me that the product is rather good but the customer support is rather terrible. In this world of cheap online labour globally, people working from home, doing work on demand etc. there is no excuse for a company to have its reputation sink because it doesn't deal with customer questions in a reasonable time. I strongly urge them to get this fixed for their own sake. And for customers.
Since they seem reasonably prompt at organising new orders but not at responding to customer enquiries, I am contemplating placing a fresh order for the items I want and trying to organise a plain return of the items which are XL and no good to me (too large). That might be a faster way to achieve my goals; but I cannot even arrange a return.
I see that "Stephanie" looks at these messages but I have already emailed her with no response yet in 5 days.

I ordered one jacket for my husband for his Christmas gift. It's been over a month and despite my card being charged immediately, I received no tracking information for my package and it still has not arrived. Customer Service is a bot. It merely throws out the same pre scripted reply that someone will be in touch but they never are.
Jackets arrived after many weeks, but too big.
Same bot response from returns. Website says to contact Customer Services for returns, but same bot generated response which ask you to choose between refund and return, but only responds to answers with same pre scripted response.

Ordered hoodie about 5 weeks ago, and the shipping status hasn't changed since they took payment. How can a company not communicate with their customers at all? Who is running things? I fear I have been scammed and have no hope this gift is going to arrive anytime soon. Nearly $200 spent and they treat me like $#*!. This company is clearly not ready to be a major brand.
