Still waiting for my order to arrive, it is literally coming on a slow ship from China!

My husband has had this hoodie for less than a year (purchased in February 2023) and the zipper is so messed up it will no longer zip. It had actually only been worn for about five months before the zipper started crapping out. We unfortunately bought two hoodies at the same time, so I don't expect anything different from the second hoodie once he starts wearing it. We will NEVER buy from Baerskin again! I wish we hadn't in the first place. Still have yet to hear back from their Customer Service, but after reading these other reviews, I won't hold my breath that I ever will. Sticking to Carhartt from here on out!
UPDATE (12/31/24): "Viktor" replied back to my complaint email today. Apparently I've gone over their "six-month warranty" for them to do anything about their shoddy product. A $100 jacket that they will only warranty for six months! Way to stand behind your products, Baerskin! I will now use the jacket as a DOG BLANKET for my dog's bed since I see no other practical use for it. At least someone should get some sort of use out of it. Unless you like throwing your money away, NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Zero customer service, been waiting two months for 3 tshirts, no address to file a BBB complaint. Take your money and ship you nothing in return. Ignore emails and phone nmbr does not allow you to talk to anyone. Scam!

I ordered one about a month ago, the tracking says it hasn't been picked up by UPS yet.
I have called multiple times only to be disconnected after 20 min on hold. Tried the online chat box with zero replies to email or to the chat box itself. Left the chat box open for over an hour. Can't seem to get any help with this order. Not sure what to do next. So frustrating.

I bought one for me and my son. Turns out this is just a Chinese company shipping out cheap garbage pretending to be an American company. They take about a month to arrive and when you get it you'll be seriously disappointed in the quality. It's thin and doesn't even have a liner inside. All the stitching is showing and it is thin unlike the ad shows. If you wear it in cold weather you'll freeze. In addition they have no phone number to call and only reference a email with their "safe return"… of course they do not answer any emails. Complete scam, I learned the hard way, but I got my Cc company to reverse the charge. Luckily they protect from scam sites.
Save your money and buy the same exact thing in other brand names on Amazon that probably come from the same factory in China.

I have ordered handful of stuff after looking at the reviews and surfing on the product description. I received my order after a month and wrong size. I wrote to the company multiple times but there is no response except for automated emails of acknowledgment. You are taking a risk by buying this product. There is no information where the product comes from or where the company is located. The only way to deal with them is through email. I've waited over two months for my jacket. They can put ads all over the Internet but they can't have a phone number

Do not waste your time and money. Triple charged on first order, thankfully my bank stopped them. Second order received an email saying payment received and package shipped. Two days later got hit with another charge and an email saying order didn't go through. Customer service is non existent. No way to get in touch with a human. Phone number puts you on hold for 20 mins then hangs up. Email bots that keep telling you to be patient. 3 days of the bots...I'm over it. Went back to their website and noticed no 1 or 0 star reviews. So I gave them a 1 star review and it never showed up. What a garbage company

It might be good, it might not. These people took my money, sent me tracking information - and never sent the item to the shipper. I'm just told to wait, that they know precisely where it is - but they are not telling me. Fortunately, I used PayPal and have some protection from this fraud.

Been wanting to buy this product but was in beginning very pricey. But I got it and very warm. Perfect for my backpacking winter trips. So good I got the sweat pants too. Combination of both tucked in my hammock I'm very very warm. Only one problem. You can ware this anywhere near a camp fire. One spark and you have burn marks. If in future maybe incorporate some protection for that. Being a 100% polyester the smallest spark will leave a mark.

Ordered this hoodie at 11/25/23, here I am now... This thing has been "awaiting delivery" for roughly a month now. T-minus 9 days for that. Overall I'm flabbergasted by the lack of information being provided. You would think if it was taking a while on a roughly 200$ order they would keep you updated, but no... Had to dig through a bunch of emails to find their ONE email on my order status... It has yet to change... Wanted this stuff for Christmas, but alas they have failed me miserably.

Besides the fact that this took over a month to arrive, the jacket is nothing special. The quality is garbage with loose threads at all seams. The wind freely rips through this material and there is no drawstring on the hood so it keeps blowing off of my head. The good news is you can make this feel warmer by STILL layering unlike what the advertisement promises. I bought 3 of these and am very disappointed that I did!
