Jacket was for my husband who is outdoors most of the time. He absolutely loves this jacket and can't say enough good things about it. Happy warm husband happy wife.
Warm, full of features, and can replace many other jackets. My one real complaint is the inside breast pocket is so high on the chest that it is unusable.

BAERSkin hoodie is one of the most comfortable hoodies I've worn. Very efficient in keeping me worn, without having to put on layer of clothes.
The only suggestion I would make is to designing an adjustable hoodie or make it removable.

The hood of the Baerskin Hoodie does have an adjustable toggle so you can bring it closer to your face - and, in the new version, we made the hood smaller, so it can fit even better. This does not stop the wind in any way shape or form. The Velcro on the wrists is very cheap. The zipper is backwards for a men's jacket.

We understand that you expected more protection from the wind when it comes to our hoodie. Let me kindly remind you that it has adjustable cuffs on the sleeves, an elastic bungee cord on the waist, and an elastic bungee cord on the hood - all designed to keep the wind out. We are sorry to hear that you didn't find this feature of the product the same way.
When it comes to the positioning of the zipper on our older models of Baerskin Hoodie, which you received, we can confirm that this is, in fact, an intended feature of our product. This particularity occurred simply because our hoodie was designed in Europe. The positioning of the zipper on the left side is a marker of all European men's clothing designs.
Please rest assured that this feature is neither a manufacturing defect nor an indication of the fact that the hoodie had been created for a specific gender group. We have recently released a separate version of the hoodie for women, but the placement of the zipper in this version is the same due to the reason stated previously. We apologize for the confusion.
We are happy to inform you that the new Baerskin Tactical Hoodie 3.0 has improved features regarding the cut and an American-style zipper on the right side. Check our offer on the website, we would be very glad if you give this latest version a chance.

I love this jacket! I have two, one XXL and another XL, and I am thinking to get my third due weight loss.
It is warm enough to be used alone on most Fall and Winter days.
There are a lot of pockets, and they are big to fit wallet, phone, keys and still there is plenty of space.
The only low point for me is the chest pocket. It could be located a little lower (it is too close from the neck).
The customer support is great, I had one problem with the shipment, my address changed, and they could help me in a very simple and objective way.

Good for the summer but in the winter just not warm enough not as warm as karimor which is half the price and better made. The Bearskin hoodie is NOT windproof. Is basically just too thin

The Fleece retains a lot of heat, but is also light without unnecessary bulk so it's easy to pack when you're not wearing it.
It's excellent in high winds has lots of adjustments on the cuffs hood and waste for you to choose what suits you best, but keep the wind out in all weathers.
Load of pockets with high-quality durable zips, that even I have managed not to break on both the outside and inside.
I've been in several heavy downpours, and it's kept me dry in all of them, which is pretty remarkable since it doesn't look as though it would be rainproof, but it's very effective. In all the bad weather I've been in, at least.
Lastly, it looks great! Can't recommend it highly enough.

Love the pockets, had to adjust hood ie part, doesn't fit snug. Length, an chest fits good. Made for a good Christmas present, the 1st one I ordered was to big. So gave it to my friend, took a long time to recive 2nd one.

I had purchased the the bearskin 1.0, when 2.0 came out it was a different animal. I actually had to get a size M rather then size s, it was that different. I love it, I wear it in 15 degrees and below and of course above that as well. I have a smile now that 3.0 is out, with their catch phrase, "This will be the last hoodie you will own!" Whoops, heh 2.0 was suppose to be the last Hoodie I own!, Can I get a free upgrade? :)
