I was very skeptical about ordering from their website after seeing the reviews. When I ordered my clothes I also ordered a body jewelry. My jewelry arrived in two days and I was very confused when I did not see my clothes. I reached out to customer service & they were very professional letting me know that the items were sent off separately. The shipping on the clothes did it take a long time however the quality of the clothes are great and everything fits perfectly. I can see how some people think that this website is a scam because how long the clothes take to come in but besides that they have great customer service & great quality in their clothing

I got the a size medium of "Stuck on You" pants, I'm a size 6/8 & these pants literally cannot pass up my butt. These pants look like their made for women with no butt. You need to fix their size chart because this is ridiculous. Never buying again!

I placed an order on March 4,2021 and was supposed to get 20 percent discount on the order as a new customer. I never received the 20% discount and it's now March 17,2021 and my order has never been processed. I've sent the company numerous messages inquiring about my order and have never received any response from them. My order total was $125, I'm starting to get the impression I May never get my order and will simply be out the $125 that I paid for the order.
I'd advise others to proceed with caution when ordering from baddieville, they have poor customer service and fail to send you the merchandise that you order. Buyer Beware of ordering from Baddieville!

I've been waiting forever on my order and nobody has contacted me or sent me anything. I'm pissed!

Order from Baddieville with caution. I bought one dress to try them out and it took forever to get it. I bought on the 13th and didn't receive anything until the 29th. Once the dress came (size M), it looked like a toddler's dress.

I was under the impression that it was a midi dress of good quality and I was VERY wrong.

I am writing this as simply someone who has been following the brand for awhile and how unprofessional they are. They spam other brands who have the same product as them to shop their website instead. Recently, they are experiencing delays in shipping and said that they take 5 days to process and they will block or cancel any order that is unprofessional or rude. But that's exactly what they do to other companies. I can not support a company like this at all and do not agree with anything they are doing.
