Emailed customer service multiple times and sent a DM on instagram to let them know that a shirt I ordered broke without even using it once, I sent proof and they got back to my DM only because I left a comment on one of their posts, and they proceeded to say that they would send a return label and never did - this was in August 26,2020, and still no reply or return label. Really bad customer service!
