I ordered a flower arrangement for my daughter and it wasn't going to be delivered the day I ordered so they said they would upgrade it. What she got was 10 long stem roses in a vase. No greenery just roses in the vase and leaves on the roses look dried. Not worth the money.
I ordered flowers for my mom, she never received it. I asked for refund but they never processed it, they kept telling me they will look into it. I didn't get the product I paid for nor the refund. DO NOT TRUST this flower shop! It's a scam.

Do NOT use Ava's Flowers! They are not in the US & they out source all their orders to local florists in your area! They make promises they do not keep & will never refund your money! They are a big SCAM! Their website reviews are FAKE too
I googled for a florist near Long Beach so I could get quick local delivery. Avas came up which was bogus. I ordered on-line at 11am for same day delivery. I received an automated text at 5:30 pm that the deliver will be the next day. I called and found out the order was given to a florist in Hicksville. I was promised delivery by 9 am. At 11 am I called and was told it will be delivered today. At 1 pm I called and was told the delivery driver was on the way. At 4:30 they were delivered. Next time I'll find a florist that is actually in the area and order by phone. Do not rely on this company
The large spray that I purchased had about 10 flowers in it and looked more like a small. The bow that I paid for was not included and the wrong card was attached. I contacted their customer service immediately and was told a new arrangement would be sent but nothing arrived. They sent several emails claiming to have called my number on the account but I received zero phone calls about my poor arrangement.
My husband tried to surprise me and order a flower arrangement and it was never delivered. Every time we call they state it will be delivered that same day and still no flower arrangement and it has been over a week. Mind you, he paid the extra fee for rush delivery. They will not refund our money and keep giving us the run around. BE AWARE!

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a camp in Pennsylvania, USA (from UK) where my daughter is working for the summer, as it was her birthday. So I chose this company from a google search for that area. Easy to order and the flowers were delivered on time. Although I only ordered a small bouquet (trying to keep costs down) the quality of the flowers looked good, and some buds were still to open when they arrived, so would have filled out a bit more. Happy with the service and was updated when they were delivered.
When you order from them they actually deliver the flowers for you very quickly nice an easy. I loved the service I would recommend them to anyone!
I done an online order and had done an express order ( meaning it was promised to me that the order would be there before 2PM of the delivery date the next day, which was my preferred delivery date) and it was not there. I was attempting to surprise my girlfriend ( who is a teacher) at her school with a ' first day of school ' bouquet and this was a horrendous experience. I called AVAS at 2:30, hoping I still had time before my girlfriend left the school, and was PROMISED that my order would be there by 3PM. At 3:45 it still had not gotten there and I had to jump through a lot of loopholes just to even be able to talk to someone to try and get it right. Then at 3:45 when I called I talked to ' Anthony ' who supposedly contacted the local florist to get the order there sooner. I told him I needed it there ASAP & he said the flower shop did not even know where my order was. So when asked what could be done he PROMISED ME a $10 discount, when I told him that I wanted the order re-routed to a different address ( because my girlfriend was leaving the school and I wished to have them sent to her house) he just completely forgot to give me the $10 discount, which should have been far more than just $10 because my order was $102. When he got ready to hang up I tried several times to get his attention to give me the discount and he would not even let me speak because he wanted some " positive feedback " on his survey. This company, the young woman I spoke to first who lied to me, and Anthony were all a terrible experience. I hope no one else makes the mistake of using this company & I will NEVER do this again.

I placed an order for delivery and it showed up in a timely manner. The bouquet was beautiful and was very satisfied and will use them again in the future!
My grandma received her flowers in a perfect timely manor. She absolutely loves them. The website was super easy to use as well.

I order flowers for my friends birthday. They sent me a email saying the flowers were delivered & never arrived. I contacted them for a refund of my $87. The customer service rep said I will be refunded in 5-10 business days. I still haven't received a refund & it's been 16 days already. This is by far the worst floral company I've had to deal with.
Answer: It's a scam. Very dishonest company. They advertise with a very detailed picture of their flowers, sizes and pricing. When my daughterv received these flowers they didn't look anything like the picture online. I wish I could attach a photo from my galleria for you to see. The picture tells the true story
Answer: I thought they were a local florist. Bc when I typed in the city and Avas Flowers popped up. They are NOT a local company and they are NOT a florist company per se. The Real business name is Flowers Tech Center, Inc... doing business as Avas flowers. They are out of New Jersey and they contracted florists in your local areas nationwide. They don't make the bouquets and the ones on the website are nowhere near to what you're getting. Which is CRAP! LEFTOVER flowers thrown together LAST minute and supposedly delivered fresh from their warehouse. FRAUD & SCAMMERS! Use your local florists or buy them from your grocery store which would be much better and NOT costly. Save yourself time, money and headaches from rude customer service reps and all you get is the run around and lies.
