I ordered flowers on the 22nd. I was sent an invoice that it would be delivered by the 23rd or 24th. By Christmas my friend still hadn't received her flowers. I finally got through to someone who said that they're on their way. I said it's a little late. I want to refund. After waiting on a really long time I asked to speak to a supervisor. 45 mins later. I got a refund and they canceled the flower shipment. They're a real class act I would never ever order from them again and so I am giving this review. And the supervisor had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to order another set of flowers for half off. Warning don't order from them.
This company masquerades as a local florist but is actually a national company. I did a google search for local florists to send a plant to a friend. They came up as local, but they absolutely are not. I ordered a $110 plant then the next day I got an email (on the delivery date) that the plant was not available. Instead they wanted to send a bunch of roses, which were not even remotely close to what I wanted to send nor was it close to matching the price. When I called, they wanted to send a calla lily in its place. Still no where near worth the $150 I had paid ($110 + $25 "service fee" + tax). They finally offered to send an orchid and gave a $60 discount after I requested to cancel. I could tell she definitely didn't want me to cancel even though I had asked for it. She kept coming back with deeper discounts. I finally agreed because I had other things to do and need the plant delivered. This company is dishonest and does not deserve your business. Make sure you are using a local florist and not this sham. I wish I had read these reviews beforehand.
Ordered flowers for mother's day, no tracking number to track my order. It was delayed till may 16, and then may16th afternoon they cancelled my order.
Late on delivery, and definitely not what I ordered. If you show what you have to be ordered then make sure you delivery is what your showing,I ordered Be my love and this is not what I ordered.
My items arrived late. The flowers had about a third of the amount of flowers. The arrangement was supposed to have at a higher price and the balloon I order did not show up at all.
This company added a service charge after I had ordered. It is a classic bate and switch. It is impossible to reach the company. I would never use them again.
I submitted my order online to be delivered next day for my anniversary. I ordered 2 of their biggest arrangements wanting that wow factor spending $350... They call me the next morning and say they don't have red roses! But they could substitute. I said no I'd prefer red roses and they left me on hold for 10 min before saying they could accommodate. Then I get another message saying it couldn't be delivered today. So I called back and they said nvm we can make it happen. Then I get another message saying it won't be delivered till next week! I said no that's unacceptable my anniversary is today! They apologized and I asked for a refund! They agreed after keeping me on hold for another 30 min! Morale of the story STAY AWAY FROM THIS OVERSEAS ONLINE FLOWER COMPANY! WASTE OF TIME AND ALMOST RUINED MY ANNIVERSARY!
I picked this company originally thinking I was using a small business for my flower needs. I was so wrong. If I was offered free flowers from this company I wouldn't take them because I truly never want to have to deal with them and their horrible customer service again. They did a horrible job with flowers I ordered for a grieving family on Christmas and showed no empathy or interest in correct their mistake. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Ordered flowers for my brother-in laws funeral company sent text out of some flowers told them to make it colorful but sent all white arrangement. Will not order from them again
I ordered a bouquet of luxury flowers worth $164, then the person received an awful bouquet, I called customer service to tell them to send a new bouquet. I wait! Never again
When I placed my order through Ava's Flowers I truly thought I was ordering through a local-ish florist and not something like 1800Flowers. My fault for not doing the research. They are truly just a middle man, they took my order and then outsourced it to a local florist but couldn't provide me with ANY tracking info (as they didn't have an update from the florist). They clearly didn't do any following up themselves on my order, because I ordered same day delivery and never got one update from anyone about whether or not my order had arrived. And again, without tracking, I had no idea what the status was. The real kicker is that they have the audacity to charge a $28 service fee (not the same as a delivery fee) and they did NOT refund it when I called the following day and had discovered that not only had my order not arrived, but the florist itself was unreachable.
Bottom line, this is an expensive third party service that takes no accountability. Order through a local florist, don't waste your time, money or sanity with this place.

Don't waste your money! I purchased flowers and chocolates for my sister's birthday! Spent extra $$$ for "LUXURY GRADE" to be delivered on December 31st. Was advised it would be delivered between Dec 30th and 31st. Ordered was delivered at 9:20pm on Dec 31st- Ridiculous! Tried checking on the order/ calling numerous times during the day - Their customer service is unreachable, non-existent. See image below for the HALF-DEAD flowers received versus "LUXURY FLOWERS" ordered. Will never order from avasflowers again.
Ordered flowers with a same day, 4 PM delivery. Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered to the recipient and no communication was forthcoming to the senders acknowledging a delay.
Spoke to customer service that evening. The rep gave us a $10 refund for the inconvenience and a promise to deliver the next day.
Next day comes and the flowers still have not arrived. Called and spoke to customer service again. This time the rep stated that they have not been able to contact the delivering flower shop for 48 hours. In other words, they accepted our order without even calling to confirm that they had the capacity to deliver.
Again-customer service rep offered a $10 refund and guaranteed delivery the next business day. I politely declined and stated to cancel the order and provide us a full refund.
I am currently in the midst of a one hour phone call in which the supervisor, who does not come in the line, has to approve the refund.
Off to the file a complaint with the BBB, FTC, and post on every review site possible. Awful experience
I ordered a get well bouquet for my daughter in law in December. This is what I ordered with the blue vase. And this is what I received in the pumpkin. Nothing like I views. Go somewhere else
The flowers were extremely overpriced, was not what was ordered, and did not have the card with the arrangement even close. Really bad company and service. DO NOT USE AVAS FLOWERS. I should have believed all the negative reviews.
Ordered flowers for my wife Oct 25 for same day they said no problem, Oct 26 they are letting me know there was a issue with the arrangement but they can deliver Oct 27, there is no Avas flowers, just use your ocal florist if you ask me
I called to have a holiday box delivered to my mother-in-law. Prior to that I thought I had called a local business but he had tried to contact me to tell me he could not fulfill the order. I did not receive this, called him and found out he did not service the area. In a panic, I did a search for someone who delivered there. Ava's came up and since I didn't have time, I did not research it. Big mistake. Ad said free delivery, so that was a plus. Went through pages of products, found something I liked and went to order. On the approval page, they charged a "service fee" which was more than twice the delivery fee! Being that I wanted the order there days ago, I just approved it.
To make a long story, they indicated the order was delivered, the recipient looked all over the property and asked her neighbors if they received it and found nothing. I called, they stated it had not been delivered and would take care of it. After three times of they would fulfill the order, I lost it.
They have told me they have credited my account for the full amount but that remains to be seen.

Answer: Scam! They are not a local company, they cannot deliver, and if they do, apparently they are completely wrong or dead flowers. They don't want to deliver flowers for you... they are after your $30 service fee. They hope you cancel your order and they keep the fee. STAY CLEAR! No customer service and a website full of legalese... can you appear any more fraudulent? A scam, a fraud, a company that uses COVID-19 and your mother (Mother's Day) to steal money from the public. They need to be in jail.
