I thought I was buying local. Turns out this is a NJ company disguised as local. Ordered for a funeral. Plant didn't get delivered. Hassle over the phone to get refund. Deserves negative 10 stars.

They blatantly tried to scam me …purchased a $59.99 large arrangement…they shipped an embarrassing $5.99 grocery store bouquet. Then they are ignorant enough to send me the invoice where it states the bouquet they shipped is valued at $44.99! THE BLATANT AUDACITY! To boot…the add on a service fee of $28.94….For a total order amount of $92.53…WHAT A SCAM…I WAS THOROUGHLY EMBARRASSED WHEN THE RECIPIENT SENT ME A PICTURE OF WHAT THEY SENT. There are MANY MANY other florist to choose from. PLEASE HEED MY ADVICE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Worst possible experience
September 23, 2023

Absolutely the worst flower purchasing experience even possible! Ordered a basket which was to be the large size of a basket with both flowers and green plants for a gravely I'll family member. When received, recipient sent a picture with their thanks. It was nothing more than a small fern shoved in a basket! It was hideous! I was embarrassed beyond belief. I called to complain amd was told order had been filled as required. I threw a fit and offered hem a picture of what was received. Customer Service sent me an email I could reply to with a picture. When he saw it he said he "100% agreed" that it was a complete fail. I was told a suitable replacement would go out the same day (Friday) or the next day at the latest. I received word that my family member was being released early on that following day so called again (held 33 minutes on first day!). I was told it could not be sent until the following Tuesday! I literally screamed demanding a refund at that point. The day before, I was offered a 15% refund which I declined as I explained I was Embarrassed at the quality of my gift and what was sent was so substandard 15% was less than it was worth. I did get a refund after being loudly insistent. See pictures below of what I ordered and what I got. Horrible company! RUN!

My 8 yo granddaughter broke her arm on Monday...i ordered her flowers on Tuesday...Wednesday passed no flowers called and was on the line with them over 1 hour...they said she would have the flowers Wednesday...Wednesday night no flowers...I called Thursday...no flowers...I have heard so many excuses its unreal... now here it is friday...no flowers and I get an email saying they can get the flowers to her Tuesday...unreal. Completely unprofessional. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE IDIOTS. THEY DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL AND CHARGE AN ARM AND LEG...AND NOW IM ON HOLD AGAIN FOR A REFUND... AS I SAID DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE...

These are what I ordered where "artist" could add more yellow...THIS IS WHAT WAS DELIVERED?!?!? Those few stems of chrysanthemums & greenery DO NOT ADD UP TO $60 worth of FLOWERS! I DID NOT pay over $80 to have THAT DELIVERED...I'm ashamed of what was sent!

Nightmare

I ordered the, "My Sun, Moon, and Stars" flowers and my significant other received flowers that look absolutely NOTHING like what I had ordered. I completely understand that there could be substitutions according to their policy but when my flowers look NOTHING like what I ordered, I was very agitated! I submitted a problem with my order and they were very understanding, UNTIL the recipient received a phone call the following day cursing her out for it! I will never recommend this company to anyone! Here is a picture of what I order and a picture of what I received. Not to mention, some of the flowers were dead upon arrival!

I paid a fee around 10am that totaled to $130 to have flowers delivered before 2pm for my mother's birthday. They called back saying they would not be able to deliver the flowers the same day. Why even have the fee posted?

I told them I wanted a refund and finally after 20 minutes on the phone, said that they put in a refund order. A couple minutes later I got a text saying that I have been refunded. Luckily I was able to find another flower shop that can get the job done. The other flower shop at around 11:30am told me they close today at 1pm but still was able to deliver.

Search florists in any city, they show up. They accept orders with no ability to find a local florist. The Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rfund policy is a joke. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

They claim number 1 florist in every town in ever state. They ARE NOT A FLORAL SHOP! They are foreign order gatherers that take 30% of your money BEFORE sending it to an actual floral shop. They then throw the local florists under the bus for sending an "undervalued" bouquet. They are LIARS AND CHEATS! Wake up people and look for a florist with an address, Google reviews and photos of their stores! Call a florist directly!

Never ever use this place it's just a call center, I orderd A very colorful arrangement spent close to 100.00 I ordered it on Oct 28 to be delivered on October 31 2022. On the day they were saposed to be delivered I get a notice that there's a problem with my order. They tell me not only that they can't deliver my order but that I can't have the arrangement I orderd because they don't have the flowers. The offerd a replacement of florest choice and assured me that it would be just as nice. Well I got garbage I paid close to 100.00 for something even Kroger wouldn't sell. The arrangement that is very colorful with Purple and red is what I orderd, second is what I got, plane boring and not worth 100.00. Avoid using this florest the are scam artists and should be shut down.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered on the same day at 3pm for a funeral at a church. I asked the lady if they were based out of Bisbee, AZ she said yes! And they would deliver at 2pm. Never got there! So I call at 3pm and the tell me it was delivered at 3:30pm. How? If it was 3:00! So she says sorry and they will be redelivered the next day! How do You redeliver the next day to a funeral. It's to late. No manager to talk to! Nothing! I would give them a 0 if I could! They lie to get business. I suggest look for a good company that will guarantee there work. Worst experience ever! Now the funeral is over with and the family never received there flowers! And still won't refund instead they will deliver. And they had the wrong address! And still no sorry no nothing. Horrible service! Go else where! Please! Ava's flowers is the worst!

My dad passed away last week. His funeral was set up quickly and we needed flowers. Normally, we would research a bit, but time was of the essence, so after opening up to Ava's flowers, their prices seemed reasonable. I did not notice their 1 star rating! Unfortunately, I wish I had seen their reviews. I did not. I paid $10 extra for two banners that should have read "with all our love, the XXXX. Not only did they not include the banners that I paid for, but on top of what was supposed to be a ribbon on the flowers, they stuck the word "SYMPATHY" that looked like it was written by a 5 year old! We were mortified when we arrived and saw the spray standing next to my dad's casket. I immediately took off the childish sympathy banner. We do not get a redo in how we honor our dad during our last moments at his service. We paid almost $200 for this spray, which included a ridiculous $25. "Processing Fee." This morning I called to voice our disappointment with what had occurred, the person on the other line gave us the scripted "we're so sorry for this situation" blah…blah.blah. He offered to refund $10 for the banner we had paid for and did not receive. I was appalled that there was zero restitution for the embarrassing and poorly written word "sympathy" that had arrived at the the service. After much going back and forth, they decided they would be gracious, and refund an additional $10. The total was less than their processing fee!

All I can say is that this was a lesson learned. I can't even imagine what their deliveries are for people that don't see what they paid for. Never again, Ava's flowers! There's way too many florists to have to pay someone for what I find to be an

This is a bs service, don't waste your time trying to get flowers for any special occasion. Canceled my order on Sunday which was mother's day. Ordered the flowers on Thursday before mother's day and they canceled delivery on Friday. I paid Extra to get these delivered express and never delivered. I WILL NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN...

I received flowers for Mother's Day on Wednesday, the 10th. They weren't in water but were in a vase. They looked like they weren't going to last a day before they started to wilt. The next day Thursday, I noticed that they were drooping. I called Avas to complain was disconnected the first time. Called the second time was on hold for a while. When someone finally answered I felt like I was getting the run around. The girl I was speaking to finally told me that she was going to call the sender and that it would be all straightened out. They never called the sender who turned out to be my boyfriend, he sent me the flowers for his children. He called them on Monday, the 15th of May and they told him that he should've called them within two days of receiving the flowers. He paid $127 and they refunded him $41.50. He said that he'll never buy flowers from them again and I won't either. This business is a SCAM & the website shows 5 star reviews which is a joke.
